Dog-friendly home with pool, hot tub, lazy river, splash pad, & game room

The house was large enough for our family of 13. Needs some upgrades, mattresses were not comfortable and most of the tvs weren't set up. Kitchen was well stocked. Maybe lane directions for heat control. House was cold until we figured out how to use the thermostat. Otherwise we had a great start.

Had fun but the bugs were horribly bad beds had sand gave my 2yr old sand flea bites all over for 4 days dint go in the water at night husband fit sea lice and only where he walked to and down all over by microscopic jelly fish don't not record beach access was amazing no lie there but we came at the end of the year it was windy but we had fun the hot tub guy came when needed everything you think they don't have in the kitchen they do ask but good spices came to clean an hr before our checkout time but ahhh the lazy river and pool were nippy but fun floats are there for lazy river would recommend changing and or washing sheets before you go to bed or check for sand and don't leave light's on at night bugs will get you

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, lots of parking, spacious house, perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool. Everything worked accordingly. Our favorite feautures are the pool, multilevel decks, large kitchen and living area. Our only complaint is the TVs are a bit small and outdated (no apps) but still enjoyable. Would recommend if you are traveling with kids and pets!

Beautiful and well stocked house. Short walk to the beach on quiet streets. I can’t believe what a hit the lazy river was (especially the adults!) It was the perfect place to relax and float in the afternoon while others played in the pool. Short walk to local coffee shop and super cool playground.

The house is beautiful and well stocked. We expected the lazy river to be a short lived novelty, but it turned out to be a huge hit with all of the adults!

House was great for our family; plenty of room for everyone! Outside area with pool, hot tub, lazy river and splash pad was awesome!! Easy walk to the beach too! Probably our favorite house to date!

17 members of my team stayed here for a weekend tournament.The good: * Lots of space, 3 floors and plenty of bathrooms means there's room for everyone. * Hot tub was nice and hot and large enough for our needs. * Both large decks were lovely places to relax. The not-good: * Kitchen wasn't clean when we arrived. Dirty towels, knives, cutting board, etc. * Foosball and air hockey were unusable as there were no foosballs (after extensive searching, turns out these were stuck in the bottom of the table - it doesn't return them to you, you have to fish them out) and no air hockey puck (never found one). Contacted Vacasa but they never delivered any. * Beds were uncomfortable, pillows were VERY uncomfortable. One of the beds on the first floor (NE bedroom) is actually a Full, not a queen as listed. This cause a frustrating late night bedroom swap as one of our later-arriving teammates is too tall for a double bed.* VRBO listing doesn't mention many things, like you need to bring your own trash bags, TP, paper towels, beach towels, etc. You have to look at the vacasa listing to see these things, and they don't even list everything they don't provide. * While there's a lazy river, there's nothing provided to use it. No tubes, noodles, etc. We flew here so not something we could bring with us. Pretty sad to not enjoy this.

The amenities at this house are great for a family with kids. We appreciated the pools, stocked kitchen and space for our family. Unfortunately one room had black mold on the ceiling and therfore the bunk room was unusable for our kids but luckily they were fine camping on the floor.

All is great. No issues. Updates are nice. Just fix pressure at kitchen sink water and 2nd floor deck up to code.
