Dog-friendly home with ocean views, beach access, washer/dryer & central AC

Loved how close it was to the beach! Just a short walk to the public access to the beach. The water pressure was a lacking in both showers. Was lovely to sit out on the deck and have coffee in the morning and dinner and wine in the evening. Parking was very nice. There were a lot of flies everywhere st on point we made a game of how many we killed. Other than that we had a great time and even talked about booking it again next year!! Thank you!

House was great kitchen has everything for preparing meals girl who cleaned it we met she was friendly and thorough - only area of concern was outdoor shower area needs weeded - overall great house great location beach 1 minute walk and not crowded at all

Loved the house! Great location and views! Everyone in my group enjoyed their stay, even the dog! The deck could use some attention, but overall I would recommend!

Home needs some major updates. , Door Blinds did not work on any of the doors, Deck Railings need to be secured wrong nails used as the railings warped it pulled up the nails, outdoor shower needs attention. Outdoor vegetation was out of control. We had to go buy a coffee maker because the house one was broke . Vacuum cleaner was broke as well . Carpets are heavily stained. The only thing this home has going for it is location and cold AC.

This house is very dated and was not comfortable to stay in. For example, the dinning table chairs were metal with no padding. So not a fun place to sit and play games

This was our second time staying at the property and it was much better than the first. Improvements were made to the property. Only complaint is the deck because it slopes and was poorly built. The stairs are very dangerous.

The 2nd day of our vacation I was walking down from the first flight of stairs to the car at night. I tripped and broke my foot. We had to ho to the ER. The rest of the vacation ruined. Not to mention I'm unemployed now. Theres little to no light of the first set of stairs.

Home had everything we needed and beach view was great!

The location was great, the house was clean and most importantly (for us) our pup was allowed! We could see where parts of the house are not “updated” enough for some people, but we don’t mind that at all. It was a comfortable stay. The only two things we would recommend is adding a fenced in area and adding a gate to the deck for dogs. Those are two bonuses for families like us that take their pup everywhere, but we still had a great time! We will also give a heads up that the charcoal grill pictured was not there and the gas grill was not in the best shape. We grill a lot, so we just ended up getting a small propane grill. No big deal. We would stay at Whaley again!

We loved the location of this home. You could see the ocean and the backwaters from this home. The place was spacious. We were happy that the home was pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location for a quiet family vacation. If you want to sit on the deck without a lot of traffic. The house could use some updating and paint, but are you going for the house or the beach? Public access was across the street and a short walk. No need to drive! Enjoyed our time.

Perfect location for a quiet family beach getaway with your fur baby! Quaint but clean and good outside deck spaces. Slightly dated furniture but the beds were comfortable and we were there for the beach so didn't bother us at all.

Excellent location and well laid out home. Furniture is very dated, but fine for a beach house. Missing basic amenities like a dish sponge, hair dryer, beach towels, etc. we bought a hairdryer at a thrift store and left it in the rental.

Beautiful deck overlooking ocean. Easy access to beach. Small but big enough deck on backside for gorgeous sunsets Minor leaky window and WiFi connection issues. A bit dated but we can see improvements are underway (hopefully). A whale of a good time!
