Dog-friendly home with full kitchen, private W/D, & outdoor firepit

The house is beautiful and very family friendly. The only problem is that the mattresses in the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs front bedroom are very uncomfortable and could easily be replaced. We recommend it very highly.

We will definitely be back next year. The location was everything and the old school wood work and character of the home was absolutely stunning.

We love this house based on its proximity to beach, community garden, and restaurants. The house was very clean when we arrived and looked to have refinished floors and new mattresses. We will absolutely be coming back!

We absolutely loved the property. Very unique! The location to the beach couldn’t have been better. This road is not the main side road to Footbridge Beach so it was much quieter. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely vacation at the Riverbank Manor. It is indeed very close to the beach, and it has everything for a great beach vacation. A note that Vacasa was very present and responsive to any questions, both for a booking change and checking with us during our stay. We will book through them again.

This home has an old home cottage feel. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and eating at home. There’s a grill out back and a chimenea too. Easy walk to Footbridge Beach and only a mile to downtown Ogunquit by beach or road. With heavy traffic and limited parking, we found it easiest to walk everywhere. This was perfect spot for our family, 3 couples. We had a wonderful vacation!

What a unique and beautiful home! So much character and very practical for a short or long stay. Great blend of modern amenities and vintage character/furnishings. Plenty of room for a small group and ideal location. The beach is magnificent and a short walk away. One note about the property manager, Vacasa. Their customer service is friendly and responsive, but they need to do a better job of prepping the property... was missing shades in one bedroom and sheets on two of the beds. Had to hang blankets over the windows for privacy and dig through the house to find sheets and then wash them. A minor inconvenience, but notable when you're paying extra to deal with a property manager. Vacasa expressed condolences but ultimately never acted to make it right. Perhaps there was nothing they can do practically. Hopefully a one time anomaly... I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.. it's special.
