Walk just a few blocks to downtown Guerneville and sun-splashed Johnson's Beach from this comfortable Russian River home! Whether your plans involve peaceful days of wine tasting, swimming, or floating the river in kayaks, this location can't be beat.

Built in 2014, this home sits among the trees on walkable Old River Road. It's less than half a mile to the center of Guerneville, a scenic riverside town known for its eclectic restaurants and shops. Rent kayaks and canoes at Johnson's Beach (half a mile), treat your kids to a day at Pee Wee Golf & Arcade (half a mile), and unwind afterwards at Stumptown Brewery right up the road (three-quarters of a mile). You'll also be incredibly close to the beautiful Korbel Winery (two miles), Northwood Golf Course (three miles), and Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve (three miles).

The house is a great place to relax after a day of Russian River activities. Light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner and watch your kids enjoy the swing, slide, and play structure in the yard. The interior is well-equipped and inviting, offering stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, mini-split air conditioning in each room, board games to play in the living room each evening, and smart TVs in the bedrooms to lull you into a restful night's sleep.

Finally, this home includes multiple stairs to the front door. Guests with mobility issues may find navigating the property challenging. We encourage you to consider this when booking to ensure a comfortable and safe stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
