Stayed Dec 31, 2025Very great location! Property was big enough we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Great kids bedroom and two bedrooms big enough for adults. Looks like they fixed some of the previous complaints, there was a croc pot and such!

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Newport and Nye Beach have many options for vacation rentals. You can’t go wrong with this house. All the amenities are available and then some. The house is spacious and homey. While there isn’t a fenced yard for your pet, it wasn’t an issue at all as the yard is large and away from the street. Only two blocks from the beach and Nye Shops. Absolutely perfect and would stay there over and over again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home is full of everything you need. Kitchen is stocked nicely with every pot/pan utensil you need to prepare a full course meal. Lots of games, books. movies to keep you entertained. Love the decor. Location is perfect In Newport.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024Overall it's a lovely spacious home. Can easily accommodate 6 people. Very conveniently located a couple a blocks from everything in Nye Beach. However they need to Fix the lock on the back door. There is NO dead bolt and the code lock is very loose. You could break in very easily. Please either wash the bathroom rugs between customers, or have a second set to put out between customers. The bathroom rugs were NOT clean. The beds are SO firm we were not able to get a good night's sleep. Felt like a layer of foam on a board in the down stairs bed. Happy to have had a washer and dryer, but someone needs to do some cleaning of these appliances. They are pretty dirty. These are easily fixed issues, so I hope they do ? Otherwise, it's a lovely and convenient place to stay.
