    Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable home that is close to everything in Downtown North Conway. Loved the downstairs space. Very pet friendly. Great stay!

    This is a great house with lots of room for family members to spread out. Kitchen is well appointed, beds are comfortable. Location can't be beat. Walk to town, close to ski mountains, and a quick drive to snowshoe/X-C trails. Our only suggestion is to add a few throw rugs to the bedrooms and living room.

    Overall we enjoyed it, peaceful, quiet! Just no cable, could of had basic cable, and Downstairs shower head needs to be changed and could have been a bit cleaner.

    Great stay. Had everything we needed- enough space, pans, fire pit, grill, etc. House was clean, with plenty of supplies left for us to use. The “game” room was just one game table, but a cool hang out spot. Getting into the house was a process, with a 10 number passcode and no directions on how to use the pad- so locking up was impossible unless you locked the side door from the inside and went out the front… overall, great place to bring your family and great location!!!!

    Our family of four really enjoyed our stay; the house really served its purpose. Location was close to town if you like that and neighborhood is relatively quiet. I got to meet some of the neighbors who were lovely. We have a daughter with a complex medical profile and need to make sure we have access to air conditioning - the house has central and it worked well when we needed it. We have tried other booking sites and had them lie to us. Really appreciated the 3D walkthrough - so no real surprises. Vacasa checkout and checkin was the easiest we’ve used and also much appreciated. There were a few things that irked us - insufficient consumables (we had to buy dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, napkins, wood for the fire pit, and marshmallow roasting sticks) we left our extras behind to help the next people. The house has 3 teaspoons - but plenty of other silverware. The smoke alarm went off from boiling water. Also had some guy from Vacasa show up for an inspection - but he realized he made a mistake and was very apologetic. So this may not sound like a glowing review - but at the end of it all - we would definitely book this place again which says a lot.

    Loved the vibe of the home. Everything was comfy and clean. Great location to activities and restaurants. Peaches was our favorite place for breakfast. The neighborhood was very quiet. Definitely would recommend visiting.
