Dog-friendly home steps from the beach with deck, WiFi, AC & great location

The house was excellent and suited our needs perfectly. Reasonably priced. Quiet lication.

Mattresses on the beds were very soft and uncomfortable. A better starter kit would be nice. I.e., paper towels, hand soap, salt and pepper, basics needed to start your vacation without having to rush back out before things close. Back yard needs to be raked and get old garbage out of the yard.

Our family stays at this house at least twice a year. So many memories have been made and many more to come! Great location with a large fenced in backyard. Can’t wait to return, see you in June!

While we were there the street Flooded with Salt water twice, basically stayed flooded with standing salt Water the whole week....came right up under the cottage and left a grimy smelly swill each time ....(insanely bad for our car) also it states the grill is for homeowners use only...Seriously???(People generally grill a lot on vacation!!!!) had I known either of these things in advance I never would have stayed at Even Flow and never will again...Floor in hallway has something wrong with it....feels like you are going to fall through every time you step outside bedroom.

Even Flow is a wonderful home away from home.

We brought our grown children and spouses for a week along with our grand dog and grandson. It was a wonderful location! Would have been great if the community pool was within walking distance but overall a great house.

We loved our stay in this house and would definitely stay again. Loved the deck and fenced in yard, so nice. We were provided lots of towels, which was so nice. The house had everything we needed!

The house was just steps from the beach and a quick drive to our favorite ramp and a central location to shops both north and south. The house was clean, reasonably accessible, and pet-friendly. Our family loved the back deck and 3 season porch and our pup loved the fenced in backyard!

This was the first time we visited the Outer Banks. The house we stayed at added to the vibe of older but simpler times with the décor and furniture. The house was spotless and smelled fresh when we walked into the house for the first time. It was fully stocked with utensils, cookware, paper products, towels and a great selection of board games/puzzles. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay except for internet. Finally got it working the day before we left which means we could do a little work and watch tv. Very well equipped. Floors are a little soft in places but no worries. Plenty of parking under house.
