Dog-Friendly Home on the Water w/ Dock, Boat Access, Private Pool, & Free WiFi

Where do I begin, I reached out to the host of this property almost 2 weeks ahead of checking in to request the pool heater to be turned on for our stay since we rented this property in the middle of March and one of the main reasons we chose this property was because of the heated pool. Kevin from Vacasa responded with the daily rate and asked me to confirm to proceed with the daily charge to add the heated pool for our stay. I confirmed that same day to proceed but Kevin failed to notify the appropriate resource to turn on the heater ahead of my stay and the pool was still frozen cold the day I checked in. I had to wait a full 24 hours going back in forth with various reps from Vacasa with all of them giving the same cookie cutter response “we apologize for the inconvenience. Our team will look into this and get back to you shortly”. They finally responded with the lock code to be able to turn the heater on myself. Such an easy solution but took over 24 hours to get. You’d think you’d be assigned one property manager who will be your main point of contact for your stay but instead I spoke with about 10 different reps who have the worst communication within their own organization I’ve ever seen. That was evident in my first communication with Kevin. Talk about a lack of personalized service speaking to a different rep each time I write them. A couple reps even told me they wouldn’t be able to turn on the heater for my stay which is absurd since it’s just an easy flip of a sw

The home was located in a very commercial area with construction going on behind the home. Not much in the way of privacy as neighbors on both sides could be clearly heard night and day. Trash rules confusing and not clearly communicated. When enjoying the pool daily chartered boats would go by full of patrons who can view the entire back yard, close enough to touch.

This was our first trip to the keys. We enjoyed the home, great location on the water. The pictures don't do justice for how comfy and roomy the how is. The pool was awesome. Would definitely go back again.

Well stocked property with pool and dock for fishing. Close to 7mile bridge for walking/biking/sunset. Would stay again. Lots to see in the busy little harbor outside the house. Marathon is bustling as well but nice to be minutes from store etc. House was very clean and kitchen well stocked.

View was spectacular. Home was cozy.

We loved everything about this place! We spent hours everyday in the pool and fishing off the dock. The location was perfect. There were several bars and restaurants in walking distance and a short drive to everywhere else we wanted to go. We will definitely book this house again!

The house was clean and well stocked for all your needs. The view however, was the the best part of the stay. Hanging out in the pool or under the shade of the covered porch just staring at the view was amazing!
