New updates for 2026 include a concrete driveway as well as new countertop/backsplash and kitchen cabinets for the kitchenetteon the 1st floor. The 2025 upgrades included two leather sectional sofas in the third-floor living room, seven new leather chairs in the bedrooms, a pergola over the hot tub, 20 new dining chairs, fresh artwork, and new appliances, including an A/C unit, a dishwasher, two French door refrigerators, and a new water heater. Each level offers bedrooms and gathering areas, perfect for large families. Relax on expansive decks overlooking the fenced pool, hot tub, and dock, or take a short walk to the beach. The great room is ideal for family time, featuring granite countertops, double appliances, and ample dining space.
