Great location and lots of amenities for kids.
The couch in the living room was a little low,but overall my wife and I had a great time.
Upon entering into the home, it feels very open and A-frame like, just like a cabin. The kitchen is nice, spacious, and full of cooking utensils. We were able to use the grill and make ourselves a nice steak dinner and enjoy the rest of our night in the hot tub with the sounds of rain hitting the roof. The master room is very spacious with a king bed and big bathroom, as well as the secondary room. We loved how the house had a spacious living area with enough couches and seats to end the day off. The location of the house and drive to mount hood/ timberline was perfect, a very close drive! As well as the drive to little crater lake! Overall a great home and awesome experience! Especially for those who are looking to get outdoors with a homey feel :)
We had a perfect couples get away. The house is even better than the photos. We did day hikes and outings, then home to enjoy the hot tub and wood stove in the evenings. Loved it!
Great spot for a small family. Well stocked kitchen, great hot tub and convenient location.
Enjoyed a hike right outside the back door. Enjoyed ability to have quiet time spread out over the house and outdoor areas. Loved the hot tub!
Great family rental. It is one of the better ones I have stayed in.
This house was easy to feel at home in. Clean and updated. Was just what we needed for a couple days in the mountains.
The house was beautiful! So clean and peaceful. The kitchen had a good selection of Cookware and even had some seasoning. The Keurig had a good selection of coffee's. I really loved the air purifiers in each room. My kids loved watching movies on the big TV. The beds were firm but I didn't mind. The hot tub was a wonderful experience. Thank you for sharing your home. I hope we can rent it again maybe in the winter.
Our stay almost started with a catastrophe. We arrived just as the cleaning person was leaving. She in fact drove her car into the street to leave, but then returned to retrieve something. As directed, we used the key pad to gain entrance to the house, but the door didn't unlock. Because the cleaner was there, she tried to open the two key holder boxes, but failed. She then started to text frantically with Vacasa to get the combinations. After many long minutes she finally succeeded. The keys to the back door worked only on one of the two door locks, so they didn't help. Fortunately, the key for the front door did work. If the cleaner hadn't been there, we could not have gotten in. While she was working on the keys, I called Vascasa's 24/7 service number and no one picked up. After we got inside, I talked to 2 Vacasa representatives, who tried to get the key pad to work, but they failed. I later got a phone message saying that the house's internet service company would have to fix the problem. As far as I know, the problem was never fixed. The house was quite serviceable. We liked the hot tub and the kitchen was well equipped, but there were only 2 mismatched wine glasses; we did eventually find a third one with a long crack on the side. The upper bathroom has a heater fan that makes a hideous noise when turned on. The location was very good and the house was comfortable, although pretty sterile. Our experience made it quite clear that if the accommodations don't have a local manager, you are out of luck should anything go wrong.
We are very grateful to have stayed here , the kitchen is full of everything you need to cook , the hot tub was amazing , it was so quiet and peaceful , I didn't want to leave and the beds are completely awesome ,
Nice comfortable home. Not fancy but good beds and kitchen supplies.
