Dog-friendly home by the bay with porch, deck & fenced yard

The property has an excellent view. The inside would surely benefit with some updating. The 2 fold out couches are not quite twin bed size and are not appropriate for adults. There is zero accessibility. We traveled with a wheelchair bound individual and had to physically carry her and the wheelchair inside. When we first arrived the stove and tv did not work however the property manager came and left hot pad and toaster oven she was also kind enough to leave a portable ramp to use for our daughter In Wheelchair. She later sold us the ramp. So overall if you are only 2 people without disabilities the cottage is sufficient but it is no where near a property for people with disabilities. This was a huge problem for senior citizens to go thru with all the lifting. It is a corner lot in excellent location however there is much traffic and you can easily hear all the car and people noises as they go by. Most rentals have a few more basic supplies which this did no. There were no proper cleaning Essentials no mop no vacuum etc.

Beautiful place! Loved the fencing for my little dogs. Very quiet with little traffic. Would stay again.

The quietness and able to sit on the front porch and back porch

Coffee maker dirty it ruined our first cup of coffee. Toilet constantly running had to turn off the water. Sugar ants ruined our drinks, and our breakfast this morning they are in the kitchen and on top of the dining table.

Clean house, location is perfect for fishing and beach. Host reached back out in good timing for a question i had. Coffee and beach view every morning and relaxing with beach view at night.

Our birthdays are a week apart and we gave each other this trip!Nice breeze from the bay sitting on the front porch Very relaxing

Property was in excellent condition and clean. We loved the location, across the street from the bay and close to all amenities. Our schnauzer loved the fenced back yard and back porch. We had all the things we needed to cook at home and everything worked! We were impressed of the property and will probably go back. The town’s people were very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful Full Moon the night we left.

Property and home clean and neat. There are a few things that need to be fixed but overall things were great.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Loved that it is very clean and they were very prompt when i couldn't figure out the porch light in the back.There is one thing that i would like added on is to install safety bars in the bath tub. We will gladly stay there again.

This is our second time to stay! You can’t beat the location and the home is adorable. My only complaint is the check in/out times are 4pm and 10am! When I requested an earlier check in , the rental service didn’t respond to me until 24 hours later and obviously we were already checked in! Besides that though, we had a wonderful trip for my 65th birthday!!

Very nice stay loved it me and my family really enjoyed the view

The inside of the home was quaint and very clean. The front yard was not managed very well. Grass was not cut, weeds were growing and patches of missing grass everywhere. Other homes next door and across the street had yards that were more presentable. The outside of the house could use some TLC.

Every thing was fantastic!

The house is comfortable, quiet, well equipped, beautiful sunrises, nice breeze of the bay.

Arrived to a very high yard. Called Vacasa , local manager reached out to me and that’s all she did reach out and take me for ride. House is very nice and cozy my second time there, my first time was absolutely flawless! Mosquitoes were in millions, now everyone knows cut yard and yard guard works good. I use at home super. Anyways we had to go cruising our hang out inside and a big waste of money. Being honest goes a long way with me. Using Vacasa again in September cause trip paid but after that looking for somebody else.

Waterfront property with an unobstructed view of the Bay. My Dad has some mobility issues but he was able to make it up and down the front stoop and out the back deck. We cooked half our meals at the house and fished everyday. The house is close to Aransas Pass, on the edge of South Rockport, and easily accessible to and from. I would tell you it’s better, but I want it to be available again next time.

This house is 100% awesome! Don’t let the outside make you keep strolling. Very cozy and loved sitting up front watching the people pass by our the fishing boats. I definitely will be staying here again. Thanks to the owner real nice setup
