There are two kayaks and a paddleboard to take out on the gulf, as well as a pair of adult-size bikes to help you easily reach Sharky's onthe Pier, other nearby restaurants, and historic downtown Venice less than two miles north.

Outdoor enthusiasts will feel right at home here, with a verdant front yard, a sunny back patio for afternoon barbecues, and a spacious screened porch where you can dine at golden hour and linger into the balmy evenings.

The centrally air-conditioned interior is all on one level, with an open kitchen and living area at the heart of the home.
