And then the real Cape Happy Hour begins — drinks on the master deck, the Gulf turning amber and rose, the turtle pond catching the last light below. This is what you came for.

The main level is open and inviting with a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, a comfortable living room with sleeper sofa and bay window seat, and direct access to the large deck with gas grill and seating overlooking the turtle pond. The queen guest room is on this level with its own private balcony and updated walk-in shower bath.
