Dog-Friendly Gem near Golf Course W/ Private Pool, Fast WiFi & Central AC

This was the perfect home for 3 couples. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, clean and lots of space to do activities and relax . Great location for an event we had at the State Farm stadium

The house is nice and it is in a nice neighborhood. We were disappointed because we searched for properties with a “heated pool” and this was listed. As far as we could tell, the pool does not have a heater. The pool is nice but as expected in February the water is cold without a heater. That was our reason for picking the property. The house is also a little dated. It met our needs and is big with 2 living rooms, a huge master/master bath. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is functional. Laundry room had a sewer smell but washer and dryer were clean and worked well. The pool/yard in the summer would be amazing! Plenty of seating and a grill with room to spread out. Just disappointed my no heater.

The house was nice and located in a nice neighborhood. The welcome binder stated that the thermostat was preset. No thermostat available for renters and the house was too cold. The kitchen was disorganized and knives, pots and pans were damaged. No cookie sheets or broiler pans to use in the oven. Some lights and controls did not work.

Home was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable.

Looks great in the pictures but this place was a nightmare. Shower in the Master started leaking down to kitchen. Construction crew let themselves in, never gave me notice of when they would be there. One walked in on me naked.. they came in tore out the shower and stored the shower door in the closet with all my stuff. They tore up the kitchen, stored the cabinets and microwave in the living room and left it there my entire stay. Pool was dirty, washer was leaking. At move out I’m packing my stuff and my boots are covered in black mold. Apparently the a/c unit is leaking upstairs and had been soaking in the carpet in the master closet.. the carpet was covered in mold. Ruined my boots. Now trying to give me unreasonably low compensation.

Well appointed home with plenty of space. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, the pool was clean, the towels and bed linens were clean and fresh. Beds were pretty comfortable. Pillows were very fluffy, so not ideal, but generally comfortable.

House was exactly as described. Lots to do in the area. Beds were comfortable. Only issue we had was the master bath was clearly not cleaned from previous stay. Trash outside was overflowing even though they clearly asked people to put trash out on a certain day. Responses from property manager were quick. Over all the house was nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

The property is located in a nice neighborhood. We chose it because it advertised a clean pool and amenities we wanted. It was mid June, so the pool was a big selling point. When we arrived, the pool had a film of algae in it that made it unusable, especially for small children. Although, the property contact responded to our call in a timely manner, they could not solve the algae problem before we checked out 3 days later. The house had dust bunnies in corners and several rooms had burnt out light bulbs. I was very disappointed.

Location was great. Cleaning of the house could have been better really dusty. Very secure. There was a glass and a bottle of wine under the sink in master bedroom. Close by a grocery store made it easy for us to grab a few things. Pool was pretty big and clean. No cornhole. Kids did enjoy playing pool. Very spacious. Outside grill worked good. We had fun and enjoyed our stay.. This was our first time using Vrbo. We are definitely coming back!!

Stayed for a weekend for work. Loved the neighborhood and the walking trails nearby. The property was clean, and I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Nice property. Good layout. But needs some love. There were no dish towels. Remotes need batteries. Light bulbs out. Faucet in kitchen and lower bath both come on mysteriously. Broken handle on microwave. Only 4 of each flatware. No wine glasses. Very poor cooking utensils. And super tiny bars of soap wouldn’t last a week.

Nothing special Not as grand as the photos indicated

The house was absolutely beautiful but definitely not being properly maintained. there was old dirty socks under the bed in the primary bedroom, the dust in that house is overwhelming. there is a jetted tub in the primary bathroom and we were super excited to use it since i recently had two back surgeries only to be told the day of arrival “it’s not for guests use” it was never mentioned it did not work or was not available for guests. a house that expensive you would think everything would be in working order. there was maxi pad wrappers under the bed downstairs no tv’s or nightstands in the other 3 rooms and my family was not happy about that. no nightstands in the primary bedroom either. the pool was supposed to be heated for us upon arrival and they kept messaging and calling us with broken promises and the pool never was heated. the owner of the house is absolutely terrible he never did respond to Vacasa or Us. i would never rent from HIM or Vacasa because of the way we were treated & lied to. save yourself a headache and rent a cheaper house where everything works!!! we were definitely ripped off and did not receive what was listed in the house listing.

We loved the house, it was beautiful. The pool was amazing. We loved the outdoor dining. So much fun. We will be back.
