    Close to a winery/restaurant which we enjoyed, also close to 5th street. Older neighborhood, very quiet. Very old furniture most with wobbly legs. Primary bed so bad/lumpy we had to move to another bedroom. Lots of beach accessories in the garage which we didn't use, but nice to have if wanted.
