Stayed Nov 27, 2024The property is very livable whether you have three or six people. Many balconies, nice rooms, very well appointed kitchen. We brought a lot of things we did not need. Nice backyard. Great view of the channel and fireworks during boat parade. Negatives were few. TVs/internet was not working. Had to have a tech come who did fix it. Kitchen faucet broke but we fixed it. And the trash was not picked up from the last renters, creating an undesirable overflow for us. But that was not Lumina's issue. Great location and close to most anything someone would need. Overall, a really nice place to rent and, it was not so pristine that we felt uncomfortable if something was out of place. I would rent this house again and Lumina was very responsive to our needs.
