Dock & Kayaks: Riverfront Dunnellon Home!

We had a great stay here and Gil was very pleasant & easy to communicate with. They have plenty of watercraft for a large group and my eldest (15 yo) loved jumping off the platform. This part of the river is very peaceful

Adorable riverside home! Very clean and well kept. The house had everything my friends and I needed for a great stay. Super convenient to tubing excursions, bars, restaurants, and anything else you could need in the quaint little town of Dunnellon!

We had an amazing time at this property! Everything is there that you would need on lake property (kayaks, paddleboard, jump pad off the top deck into the lake)! The house is full of all your kitchen needs makes you feel right at home! This is our second time rented this location and we will definitely rent it again! We had children from 1 year old to 24 years old! They took the bikes out for a scroll and used the kayaks to get around on the water!

Great house with everything you need for your stay. Well stocked with kayaks, canoe, paddle board and life jackets! The jumping spot off the dock was also super fun! This end of the river was nice and peaceful with lots of birds, turtles and river otters! Greta place and we will for sure book again!

We enjoyed the house… especially the dock and kayaks. We wish we could have stayed longer, and would book again. Homeowner called with helpful tips in advance of stay. The house is tucked back off a long driveway… recommend arriving during daylight hours because it was hard to find in the dark. The beds in the main rooms were a bit high for us… some furniture could use updating. But we were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Appreciate that the house is pet-friendly. Close to hiking trails, tubing, restaurants. Highly recommend.

The location is great on the river however the house is very out dated needs lots of TLC and was very dirty base boards had inch thick dust. Sheets did not look like they were ever washed. The air conditioning in back bedroom did not work so we could not use that room. My son fell sitting on couch off the dock as there was no railing behind the couch. Wires everywhere. For the amount of money that I had to pay I would not ever go back there. So many other places that are a lot nicer and up to date you rate a zero in my Air B & B experience.

The location of the house is perfect. No need to leave the property at all. We jumped right into the water from the top deck, it was scary for all but so much fun. The water is super refreshing. We spent most of our days outside, kayaking, paddle boarding, in tubes, swimming, or just sitting on the dock. We fished off the dock. We did see a baby gator 3 ft. If you are looking to just sit back disconnect and recharge this is the place. It was a wonderful family vacation and already talking about going back.

Location is fantastic & just what we wanted. It was very quiet as we were closer to the end of the river. A quick jump in with floats near Swampy's amounts to about an 1 hour float back to the house.

Beautiful location. We really enjoyed kayaking, jumping off the upper deck, eating smores by the fire, fishing and playing on the tubs. It's a very peacefully place. Restaurants and Walmart is very close.

Location was great! Kids and adults loved all the water activities. House accommodated the number of people we had. Owner called to check on us and was very nice. I would love to go back!

This was our best vacation ever!! What a blessing for G&C to share their wonderful home for families like ours to enjoy. Plenty of room for everyone plus we got to bring our dogs--yay!! The privacy of the location and the double deck made this a dream vacation for all of our young and young adult children. We will definitely be back to this spot!

We enjoyed our stay! The outside dock and amenities were awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the little things we needed for cooking at home. We would stay again.

We will be back. Only problem we had was that we didn’t stay longer.

We were so comfortable here we had such a good time highly recommend and will definitely be back! The kayaks, canoe, fire pit, water access, basketball hoop, bikes and everything we wanted was ready to play with!

Great place to enjoy the outdoors on the water. Kayaks, tubes, fishing poles, fire pit, corn hole all on the property.

This property has so much to offer and it is in such an aswesome location. The owner reached out and was so friendly with so many recommendations. Check in was a breeze- the house is super well stocked with everything you will possibly need. Such a fun place to stay to enjoy the rainbow river and surrounding area. We highly reccomned it!!

Wonderful for kayak lovers and fans of nature .

We wanted a place to gather as a family and enjoy time. We got that in Aces! Some family came and went, some stayed. We All enjoyed our time. There were games and puzzles provided for night time entertainment (tournaments, we’re competitive in a good way), a fire pit for s’mores and hotdogs and such. Days were filled with fishing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding (equipment provided). Of course, the platform from the top deck was in constant use.The wildlife was excellent! Lots of different birds, fish, gators and the otter that fished the lagoon as we watched was really cool. We’re Floridians and outdoor enthusiasts, so we know to be respectful of our environment as well as aware of surroundings. The experience was everything we wanted. You will find the home comfortable and well equipped. If you are looking for fancy, this ain’t it, but it IS exactly what casual river life feels like.

Loved the river. Excellent location. House was fun. Bunk beds, not so much (no kids with us). Funky kitchen faucet.Wonderful outside amenities--kayaks, canoes, gorgeous deck, easy acess getting out of boats, neat info about the area. Whole house felt oriented toward fun. Loved the fire pit, too!
