⚓Dock Holiday⚓ Oceanview, Close to Beach

This beach house was enjoyed during our family stay.. The beach house was cleaned and all furnishings were up to date. The elevator assisted greatly with bringing up from the vehicles.It was plenty of room and the view of the beach was phenomenal.

Great and easy experience!

We loved the property. It was nice and had everything we needed for our group. Some cons: -We weren't able to fully get into the house at the check in time as the cleaners were still working on it. This wasn't a huge issue besides there was NO communication on it. We showed up and the cleaners informed us. -There was multiple spots on the carpet (which was freshly shampooed to try to clean it) and broken items. We did notify the management company and they offered to come fix it which we didn't reject as we just wanted to enjoy our time there. Nothing major, just something that will hopefully be fixed. -There was barely any toilet paper, trash bags or paper towels. We had to buy all of those during our stay. Some bathrooms had a partial toilet paper roll in them and some had none. -watch walking on the balcony without shoes as there were come exposed nail heads Pros: -beautiful home -plenty of parking -proximity to the beach -elevator was an amazing touch! -super nice home, decorated nicely, comfy furniture Overall, we loved the home and would love to come back. None of the above items were deal breakers by any means. Highly recommend staying here.

My family (consisting of myself, husband, 3 adult kids, and our 2 dogs), along with other family members immensely enjoyed our 2 week stay in Dock Holiday. The home is well appointed with comfortable furnishings, the views of both the ocean and sound were amazing, and the elevator made everything so much easier! Dock Holiday suited our needs perfectly, and I would not hesitate to rent this property again. Also, there were a few minor issues that we needed to contact the realty company about, and they were very responsive and quick to see to our needs.

Although not on water, we had views of the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the waterway. Beautiful layout and plenty of amenities.

It was everything you could ask for: beautiful location (look east to see the ocean and west to see the inland waterway) all from the 3rd floor balconies.

The property was clean and everything was in place for us to unpack and begin enjoying the beach. The proximity to the Boardwalk was great and allowed us to enjoy all of the shops and restaurants we love. Also the elevator was great help for family members that cannot walk up lots of steps. It also provides easy access to the beach with two close access points just steps away from the front door. Overall, the entire family was pleased with the space for everyone to have their own room, relax and be close to all of the things we enjoy about being at Carolina Beach.

It has nice furnishing. Great kitchen Good location. Bad landscape. Torn screens. We still had a nice time other things very nice
