You can side tie to the 36ft dock. Side yard features putting green, outdoor TV, Lynx BBQ, 3 kayaks newer and clean patio furniture with a 10 minutes' drive to fast water. No kidding!!!
You can even paddle or boat over to the Chandlery or the Boardwalk for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Steak House is just minutes away by car also. This home offers a terrific water and hill view, but not the hot westerly sun. All cookware, towels, sheets, etc included. Wi fi internet and Xfinity TV too! Come and enjoy the Discovery Bay life. We did and that is why we bought. NOTE: this home is not your typical rental. We would appreciate it if you would take care of it like your own. We look forward to seeing you!!
