Stayed Jul 12, 2025There were some good things about our rental but they were overshadowed by many issues. First the good: Excellent location and beach access; the pool was nice and clean with excellent pool furniture; Views were to die for; the long kitchen table accommodated the entire family. Now the bad: The house was not very clean when we arrived (the patio doors looked like they had not been cleaned in a while). Also, the house needs to be fumigated. We found spiders everywhere (on one occasion, we counted 12 over the dining room table); Bed mattresses were just blocks of foam which provided zero support; House needed numerous repairs (peeling paint, leaky faucet, dishwasher was difficult to close; AC was frigid in half the house and non existent in the other half, Internet needs an upgrade. We could not watch a movie and get onto any tablets at the same time, deck needs to be sanded and stained), the coating was peeling on many of the pans. We have reserved a different house for next year and would only come back to this house if the above issues were corrected.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025Great property, more than enough room to sleep 16 of us. Outdoor seating and inside seating was amazing for all of us! Loved the mid week pool cleaning. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. I really appreciated the double stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
