Host was always available! Loved the eclectic vintage aspects of the house! Brought back many wonderful memories from our past. The amenities were very appropriate for the stay!

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding in McMinnville, and it was the perfect home away from home! The house was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s also conveniently located close to The Monroe on 415th, which made it ideal for our wedding weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay — highly recommend!

Caleb thought of everything. We sat around the fire in the back yard, the kids played battleship, and they loved the chalkboard door. That was the first thing my Grandson did was draw on it.

My husband and I spent a couple of nights here during a work trip. It was a really neat house and conveniently located in town. The host was great as well! We will be rebooking next time we are in town.

We came into town for a family wedding and the check in was supposed to be at 4pm and the wedding started at 4pm. Caleb was very responsive and was in touch with the cleaning person and we were able to get into the house early so we could quickly get ready and be at the wedding on time. The house was very clean and cute.

Wonderful stay for our trip home to visit family. The house had pretty much everything we needed to accommodate us all. The host was very responsive with anything we may need. Will probably book again

My family of five enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay away from the noise of big cities. The drive on 70S was gorgeous with rolling hills of green and farms galore! Caleb was very communicative and friendly. We loved the record player, Mexican train domino set, board games, toys, and the kids especially loved the chalk board wall in the kitchen! The beds were super comfy so we slept great. Caleb provided coffee, seltzers, snacks, filtered water, dog poo bags, and condiments! Our kids also enjoyed the tire swing out back. Overall, you can tell there is lots of love and effort put into this place! Highly recommend :). Our kids discovered trains right as we were packing up this morning! They requested to come back. D

We enjoyed our stay for the week. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The place was centrally located for us to visit several different parks in the area for hiking and waterfall viewing.

We get this property when we visit is is close to everything and the people who we are visiting. Caleb is a great host. This trip was better was warm outside and got to sit outside on porch and backyard. Very nice property

What a cute spot - very well furnished and comfortable. The snack basket and drinks were a welcome treat. We enjoyed spinning records on the vintage player and rediscovered some Joni Mitchell favorites! Very close to Rock Island State park and the many outdoor adventures in the area. Cute little older home with thoughtful finishes and touches. The record player in the LR was fun for some nostalgia. We were there for the 4th of July and the next door neighbor shot off enough fireworks for a normal city show, so that was worth the price of admission alone. Nice relaxing time with our adult children. Thank you!

After a long hot day celebrating with my family and friends, we arrived at this property and were so pleased that everything was just as it had been described. The house was spotless and wonderfully cool. After quick showers it was lights out for a great night in comfortable beds and surroundings. I wish our stay had lasted longer, but we will definitely reserve again when we travel to McMinnville!
