Mostly as described. Does have some old building issues - narrow hallways, small main bathroom, slanted floors, damp/humid. Queen bed is in room against the road, which doesn’t have the en suite bathroom, and can be a little noisy at night. Overall, great location, pet friendly in a dog friendly neighborhood, attentive host with easy check-in/out, even left some snacks, coffee, etc.

Great location and very walkable to many neighborhood attractions, Butcher Hill, Fells Point, inner harbor, Oriole park, Federal Hill. Close to Canton and Brewers Hill. Parking near the unit was not an issue and being free was a definite bonus!

Our stay was pleasant and Accommodations were good. Place was clean and conveniently located to the Inner Harbor which was our goal. The Host was accommodating and very nice. Left a welcome bottle of wine for us. Only downside, Parking was a bit difficult as there was no space available on that street. We did find parking nearby. Also, because the area is all cement and blacktop, our fur babies took longer to do their “business” when walking. I think they were looking for grass or dirt. Guess they are spoiled. “

Everything was perfectly fine. Clean, pleasant spaces, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, nice welcome gift. It’s a new remodel but has quirks of being an old building. The queen bedroom is right on the street and other tenants entering or leaving are audible. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with balance problems, as some floors have a slant, and there are stairs in the middle of the otherwise-one-level space. Owner was excellent at communicating and the digital key system worked very well.

We felt safe in the neighborhood! We liked that it was close to the harbor. It was within walking distance of Bunny’s Buckets and Bubbles, which is a great casual restaurant!

This is a lovely, well stocked property in a historic part of Baltimore. It has all the amenities that we needed and the host was great. Parking was a challenge for us. There were no spaces available when we arrived on a Saturday evening and it took quite a bit of driving in circles before I found an open spot about 5 blocks away. Access to the property requires that you download an app to your phone, and that it has internet access, roaming if you’re international. And if your phone has died, or is lost or stolen, as mine was, during our stay, that can be a problem. But I must say that our host was exceptional and responded super promptly to our situation so that we could gain access.

My friends and I used this space as a home base for exploring Fells Point and nearby neighborhoods. This space was great for this purpose - eat, sleep, shower, then head out for the day or night and return. The space was a little too tight for our group of 5 to hang out and relax, but we appreciated the coffeemaker and kitchen. We saw the outside space, but didn't realize we could have taken the chairs from inside to outside to use it. The neighborhood is cute and within walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. Parking can be difficult to find depending on the day, sometimes it was easier to Lyft/Uber to destinations further out and stroll our way back.
