Enjoyed out stay - Beach access way super easy and enjoyed the free beach service (chairs and umbrella).

The house is very pleasant and the kitchen well stocked. Parking is limited. A very short walk to the beach and many good restaurants and activities close by. The house was short on consumables such as toilet paper etc but the host responded quickly to our requests. The view of the ocean is there, but I didn't think as well as advertised. A very nice family vacation place

Stay was great and close to the beach

Second time visiting this beach house from HTX and we already can’t wait to come back. Our host was so attentive. Check-in is easy, kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean. A/C works great which is a plus. Outdoor shower helps tremendously with keeping the sand outside. Beach chair service is nice to have. Cool patio in the back of the unit. Being steps from the beach is so convenient for families with littles, you can come and go as needed.

We stayed 5 nights with our large family and the hosts were very accommodating. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach. Would definitely book again! Easy and reasonable check out process.

This house was perfect for our trip. We loved being able to go back to the house for lunch because of how close it was to the beach. The front row beach service was amazing. We didn’t have to get up early to reserve a spot on the beach. The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place!

Great location with great beach service!

My son was so excited to come back to this home! Not only does it offer all of the conveniences of a home but shopping centers and tourist attractions are just minutes away. Even though the area is busy, you feel like you are still secluded. The best part is the private beach access which is literally right next to the house. Also, the owners is extremely friendly and quick to respond. We truly feel lucky finding this gem 6 years ago!

The house is a good location to get the the beach easily.bedrooms are a good size. All appliances seemed new and worked great.

This property was exceptional as was communication with the owner. You will not find a better, nicer, more convenient place to stay along the beach!! Private beach and chair service are a huge plus!

3 friends and I visited over Labor Day. Beach access was easy and appreciated having table/umbrella on the beach. House was very nice, kitchen well equipped. Good to have extra icemaker for packing a cooler. Nicely decorated, clean, even better than pictured, with 2 parking places, extra beach chairs, - it's clear the host has put some thought into making this a great place to stay. We only had a few questions, and host was very quck to answer. Nice residential area near restaurants and stores.

I've used VRBO quite a bit and this is by far the best my favorite place we've ever stayed. Incredibly close and convenient to the beach. We were able to quickly walk there every day. Plus a cute little cafe near by. The house was great and had everything we needed. The host quickly communicated through the entire process. She really made it easy and I just love that house.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation living in the cottage. The property was clean and basically looked just like the pictures. We had a great view of the beach from the home and of course we enjoyed the private beach. I highly recommend that this property if you’re in Destin.

House was perfect for our 2 families with 3 kids. We loved being able to walk back to the house to get lunch/potty breaks. Great location. House was better stocked than the usual rental agency house.
