My friends and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend and had a great time! Walking distance to the beach and a short drive to gas stations, grocery store, liquor store, coffee shops, etc. The host was super responsive and quick to reply. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is starting to show its age, although it does live up to the advertisement. Six bedrooms, three baths worked well for our group of six adults and two beach-happy four year olds.We were there during a hot week - so the air conditioning was challenged. The window units tended to be noisy and the console a/c in the living room was underpowered.The kitchen was well supplied.We did not make use of the large available grill.

Location was great and the amount of space for 10 people. Do NOT do the linens just bring your own it seems like a scam as well as the maid service. We paid for the linen service and there were dead spiders and the house wasn’t very clean we had to vacuum for spiders and bugs. The host was very nice and accommodating, but some instructions were not clear. I wish we went somewhere else.

Our experience at this property was mixed. There were some aspects of our stay that were positive, but there was sort of a negative cloud over the entire rental due to a few issues. The first and perhaps most unexpected piece of information was that the house did not come equipped with sheets or towels. We were only informed about this the day before our arrival. The owner offered to provide them for an additional $200 fee. Since we had already arrived in town there was really no other feasible option. Our family has stayed in dozens of rental homes across the US and no one had EVER experienced this before! While linens were not listed as an amenity, neither were light bulbs and we assumed basic necessities would be present. In addition, only 2 half rolls of toilet paper and 1 half roll of paper towels were provided for our 12 family members for a 6 day rental. Lastly, the house is fitted with window air conditioning units which unfortunately were not able to cope with the summer heat and humidity. Overall, while the property has potential, it needs updating and we believe the listing needs to be more transparent about what is provided and what is not. While we appreciated the opportunity to have stayed at this property, we feel there is room for improvement to ensure a more comfortable and hassle-free experience for future guests. We hope this feedback is received in the spirit it is given - to enhance the rental experience at this property for future guests.

Modern kitchen but rest of house could use some upgrades. Especially the t.v. And furniture. Overall good location and plenty of room

My family enjoyed a lovely stay at Sergio and Jennifer's home in Narragansett. With ten guests, everyone had their own room and the layout is great for a good amount of privacy. We paid extra for linens, which was helpful and not too much of an expense split amongst 10 people. The living room space works best for less than 10 people I would say. It was a bit cramped. Also we had some issues with the gas grill, which could be a safety issue, but there were enough men around to get it working :) The young folks stayed in the basement and while a nice getaway from the older family members, the bathroom was not totally ideal. It made a very loud noise whenever an appliance (toilet, shower, sink) was in use. We also had to purchase some air fresheners because there was an unpleasant smell in the main basement area and bathroom. All in all a great trip with the family!

For a mix of beach and marina activities, this is a great location. Easy and quick access to owner, that was also a big plus.
