Stayed Sep 5, 2025If you’re looking for the best place to stay in North Port you found it. This was our favorite Vrbo we have ever stayed in. Ric the host was accommodating, very friendly, and helpful if we ever needed anything. The house was stocked with all the necessities you would need to feel right at home. The decor gave off a 70s/beachy vibe that put a smile on our faces every morning and relaxing in the spacious backyard with patio furniture and an awesome above ground pool was the highlight of many days. 10 out of 10 this place is a quality home to stay in.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Small house but very clean and comfortable. Ric was very responsive and easy to work with. Has an above ground pool. Which is nice on the warm days. In an old neighborhood but very quiet. Close to everywhere you want to be. Had a nice two month stay!

Stayed Jan 30, 2024I spent the winter here and it was a painless, delightful stay. Ric is truly a premier host who genuinely works hard to see you have everything required for a quiet, comfortable stay. I am very happy to have met Ric and stayed at two of his properties in Northport. I highly recommend any property Ric offers as he will see to it the place is wonderful and you are pleased.

Stayed May 6, 2023Ric has a well equipped bungalow. It was very clean and quaint. Close to lots of stores and beach. I would definitely stay again!!!

Stayed Feb 20, 2023Purpose of our stay was to attend the Atlanta Braves games @ Spring Training. Excellent property & location near the ballpark. Owner both very responsive and excellent to deal with. Would definitely stay again.
