Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at the villa for a week during March break to attend a family wedding. It is in a great neighbourhood and curb appeal. The master bedroom is vast with a king bed, great shower and tub and a huge walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. The kitchen was well equipped and the only thing missing was a BBQ brush (to put sauce on) so we bought one and left it there. I cooked several meals for a dozen people and there are adequate dishes and cookware. The back yard is where we spent most of our time. The pool was clean and warm, with lots of seating and loungers. The view of the lake with the fountain lit at night is wonderful. All of the furniture in the house is solid and in good condition. The beds are quite firm. Half of us liked that the other half did not. That is merely a preference thing, but if you require a soft mattress you may be a little uncomfortable. Management was easy to deal with. For the price, this house is a great value. There are absolutely no stairs so it was completely accessible for my 85 year old grandma when she joined us for dinners. It would be a great choice for young families or retirees. You do need a car to have comfortable vacation in this home.
