Directly across the street from Short Sands Beach

You really can’t beat the location. The layout of the house was great. Odd that there weren’t beach towels at a beach house, thankfully we brought our own. Communication with the host was a little dicey leading up to the trip and during. We had an issue with only being provided one key when we got there, and thankfully they dropped off more keys the next day. The WIFI wasn’t great, most of us weren’t able to use it. The house isn’t very toddler/baby proof. We recommend figuring out a way to block off the bookshelf against the stairs to prevent toddlers from crawling through.

The view from the deck cannot be beat!! The house was great. Ideal location for walking distance to many things. Small issue with the house being locked upon arrival and the host was super quick to respond. We would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location! Right on short sands. Steps to the beach. We setup chairs in the morning and went back and forth to the beach. Walk to all of the local attractions and restaurants. Loved sitting on the deck watching the sunset and the beach. House was comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. Very clean. Thank you!

We went around Memorial Day weekend. The only complaint was the weather did not cooperate and we couldn’t enjoy the deck! House was spacious and worked perfect for our needs. Hope to stay at this house again!

Perfect location ! The house is everything we need for our family gathering . Spacious and the view is amazing! We encountered a problem and the owner response was very fast ? All people ( agents , workers ) were nice and helpful .

Beautiful Views of the Ocean and the house was very clean. Parking stops for 3 cars when we had 9 people. However they did not have someone in the unit behind us, so able to park 6 cars. Others wise suggested we park and pay at a lot near by. Most doors need WD40 noisy when opening doors. Overall the house worked for a family of 9 adults.

We had a wonderful stay! It was so convenient and close to everything. We watched the grandkids play on beach right from the top deck. You could see the whole town from the house. Every night, we sat on the deck and listened to the band play at the pavilion and listened to the waves rolling in and out. I wish I knew how to post the video I took. People walking by said, we had the best spot on the street. After walking around and looking, I thought so too. The only thing I have a complaint about was, the toilets didn't look like they were cleaned very well and, I would echo some of the other replies that, there weren't enough blankets supplied. There were only light weight bedspreads and the pamphlet with all the info about the house didn't say when the garbage was to be put out for pick up. We were lucky to see the neighbors put theirs out in the morning. Not a big problem thou, when we were full, they sent someone right out. Other than those minor things, we will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property with several young children. The deck was incredible and the proximity to Short Sands made our lives easy for beach, playground, arcade, shops, and restaurant access. We had a question on arrival and someone was at the house within minutes to help.

My favorite part of the house is the huge deck. It not only looks onto a beautiful ocean view but allowed the chance to be together for relaxing, eating, chatting in a wonderful space. We will definitely be back next year.

We had a wonderful week here. Made lots of family memories! And you could not beat the location. And the porch was where we spent almost all of our time.

I stayed with a group of friends for a golfing trip. The house was amazing and the location is excellent. I read a review on the property suggesting bringing your own blanket, if you have a large group, I would second that recommendation. The only issue to speak of was with a miscommunication in checking in. I hadn’t asked for the code ahead of time and it wasn’t provided anywhere until I requested it. After that one minor hiccup, the remainder of the stay was great!
