Lovely home. The location could not be better. 30 steps away from the pedestrian gate of the US Naval Academy. two blocks from Annapolis harbor.

Loved everything! Parking garage included, close to everything, very comfortable. Would stay there again!

Great location, easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Furnishings were comfortable, back patio was lovely and the historic feel was charming.

John is an excellent and generous host. Definitely recommend if you are planning to visit Annapolis!

The house is in a great location. It is very historic and the inside is quaint as you would expect in a historic house. The single garage is around the corner and a tight squeeze. You have to either double park in front to unload (not ideal on a busy street corner) or unload at the garage and walk around to the front with all your items. (They are townhomes so no pass through.). We did have a problem when we arrived but our host quickly remedied the problem and sent housekeeping. It is on a major street into Annapolis so can be a bit noisy at night both cars and after-party noise. Otherwise everything worked and the location is the best.

Love this property and this is the second time I have stayed here. You can't get closer to gate 1 of the Naval Academy, and a short walk to downtown. The place smells wonderful when you enter, very clean and fresh. Great bed, linens and towels. The courtyard in the back is a great place to relax and have morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The parking spot is an added bonus and rare for a downtown location. I highly recommend!

The location is perfect across from Gate 1 and close to Main Street for restaurants and shops. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The instructions for the parking and unit made everything easy.

The location is amazing. Use of the parking garage is an excellent add. Temperature control was exactly what we needed…and that was not easy given wildly fluctuating temperatures during our stay. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. We even did a little laundry as we were in the midst of a lengthy trip. This is the place to stay in Annapolis!

We booked this for taking our child to USNA for I-day. It's literally right across the street from gate 1, which made going on and off the yard super quick and easy. Easy walk to downtown as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Our two night stay here was excellent. The location was unbeatable for attending an event at USNA, as well as for dining and exploring the streets of downtown Annapolis. Communication with the owner was great, and he was very accommodating with my special requests. We will stay here again for future events.

We loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable and having access to parking was very convenient. The house itself was quaint with character and very clean! My husband and I stayed with our 4 young children and had ample space. The beds were all comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great! We really hope to stay here again in the future!

Great location, great property, great communication with owner. If you stay in Annapolis, you know how stressful it is finding street parking. The included parking spot in the secure garage (directly behind the rental) was a huge bonus for this property!

This cozy home was perfect for my coaches & I that were in town for a lacrosse tourney @ the Naval Academy. This home is literally less than 100 steps from the gate of the Naval Base and same distance to dowtown Annapolis city docks, diming, shopping and sight-seeing. We will defintely be back! Clean property, cute outdoor space. Worked perfect for visiting our plebe at USNA due to location right across from the yard and proximity to town. Didn't need to utilize our car once we arrived.

While the cottage may have some of the historic/ older quirks, it is a wonderful (and beautiful ) property that we would highly recommend! We loved the walk-ability to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Despite its close location, it’s quiet at night lending to a good nights sleep 😊. The owner provided us some great insight on the location as well.
