House needs a lot of repairs to furniture and bathrooms. Broken chairs in living area and master, and drawers on nightstand and dressing table. I almost got hurt when I slipped off of the chair at the dressing table. Seat is not attached to the frame. No TV in master. Need a TV in master. No toilet paper holder in 1/2 bath downstairs. We stayed for 6 days and there was no hand soap in bathroom or bath mat. And only 2 wash cloths for our entire stay. I did not go on vacation to do laundry every day.

We did notice that in the description of the home before our stay did not list there being a washer and dryer available in the home as well as a K cup coffee pot. These are things that, I think the guest need to know ahead of time. I believe it would make this an even more attractive home to stay in. Only critique I have is making sure the towels have no stains on them. I know that there can be a slip up here and there, but as we all know, as a guest, we are all paying for the full experience and that should be something that is not overlooked. Great location! Be sure to tell the guest, when checking in, that the bikes are not available at the home as it has been in the past so they are to be sure and rent the bikes beforehand.

The rental included access to the pool, restrooms at the beach entrance, beach towels, beach bag and wine. It is cute and good for a couple. There are some worn pieces of furniture and old appliances but everything worked. The property management company is OUTSTANDING!!!Great communication the whole trip! They do a great job of cleaning and maintaining the house.

We always enjoy vacationing in Seaside! We really liked the location of this unit - it is situated right across from the lap pool and just steps to the beach. We also appreciated that it has a king bed as many units just have a queen. Highly recommend!
