Direct Oceanfront; Steps to Beach; 4 Bd/4Bth: Large Deck; Zero Entry Pool; Views

Great oceanfront location and walking distance to Coligny shops, this townhouse end unit was the perfect place for two couples- lots of room and fairly well equipped kitchen. The only quibble was the hard to see/use front door entry keypad. Ask the rental agent for an old fashioned door key- much easier for older eyes.

From start to finish, the property owners were amazing. very responsive and helpful. The house was perfect! Clean, great location and exactly what we had in mind for 3 couples. Will defiantly be back the next time I am in the area

Beautiful property that has very easy beach access and was exactly as described. This property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We even saw deer and bunnies off the back deck multiple days. Lots of room for a large family. On our list of return destinations for sure.

Host had great communication with us, answering any questions we had. Everything was clean, location had a great view and was close to the beach.

This was one of my favorite places that I've stayed in when vacationing in Hilton Head. Beach front, convenient to Coligny but far enough away from the crowds. I'm saving this one for future reservations! The place was perfectly equipped from kitchen supplies to beach supplies! We had enough space to come together or go our separate ways. The host communicated multiple times and was very responsive when I emailed them. Loved this place and will be booking again!

What a beautiful property with one heck of a view of the ocean. We were greeted with all kinds of wildlife….deer, lizards, rabbits, birds and a cat here and there. Very clean and very roomy for our three families. We had a blast and will definitely rent again.

Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. Great location. Easy walk to Coligny Plaza. Beach view is great! We really enjoyed our stay! Beds are also very comfortable. Easy beach access as well.

Ocean views, clean, as listed in photos. Accommodated our family of 8 great. Great stay would book again! Check in time was not flexible because of cleaning requirements they ran over our check in time but not a big deal. Thanks for a lovely place!

We had a party of 7 guest. We all found it very welcoming & comfortable. Very clean & stocked with everything you need. It was a pleasure to wake up to the sunrise over the ocean. Host was a great communicator. Would definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful views, easy access to the beach, biking trails, food options and shopping. Room to be together indoors and out--plus when you wanted alone time. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

This villa is in a great location. It is very clean and the layout is fantastic with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, affording lots of privacy for couples traveling together. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday vacation at Beach Villa 5.

Short walk to the ocean and Coligny plaza.

The kitchen set-up was very nice - excellent, clean and FULLY STOCKED for options! All appliances worked properly; location, safety, trash disposal, parking just right. Bedrooms and bathrooms VERY NICE (mattresses - excellent).

Best stocked kitchen we have ever experienced in a vacation rental. Amazing variety of spices available. Loved the Keurig coffee system as you could make 1 Kcup or a pot. Lots of pots, pans, bowls. Great selection of flatware, serving pieces, dishes, glasses, etc. Several beach chairs were available for use as well as a wagon and tent. Sand toys for kids were in good supply. Covered parking was nice especially as we had some rain.Definitely looking to return to this property.

Everything was pleasant and as described. Easy walk to beach and unit kitchen was very well stocked. Owner responded quickly to the questions i had before the trip.

Great condo...  Well maintained and in one of the best locations possible.  Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Coligny Beach but far enough away where you avoid the largest beach crowds. Great pool, and beach access couldn't be any shorter. The condo was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed including beach furniture and toys for the kids.  The two patios are also awesome.   The ground level patio was really convenient for hanging out and cooking on the grill.   The second level deck/patio had great ocean views. It is large and situated so that you can choose between sitting in the sun or the shade.Highly recommended.

We had a good time. But the condo could have been cleaner. Floors / bathrooms were dirty. Not to mention a pair of someone's tighty whitey underwear under the chair in the living room.

It was a very nicely furnished and appointed condo that was very clean upon our arrival. It is a great location with easy access to the beach as well as an easy walk to Coligny Plaza. There is no reason we wouldn’t recommend it or seek it out again on our next trip to Hilton Head.

We loved the villa! It was clean and well stocked! We loved that the villa had 4 bedrooms! The beds were all nice and comfortable as well as the pillows. The deck was so nice to have with toddlers! We loved looking at the ocean from it! Definitely a great place!

I stayed end of May/early June 2025 with my two adult children and their families. The layout was perfect as my daughter with two teenagers had the lower floor bedrooms while my husband and I shared a room in the upper floor, along with our son’s family in the other upper bedroom. We had 8 people and 2 babies. We fit perfect in this space. The condo was nicely appointed. We had two dinners in as well as breakfasts and lunches. It was just a short walk to the beach. The pool was awesome and perfect for the teenagers and babies. It was also really nice to be so close to coligny, restaurants and nightlife. If you don’t mind the walk or a short bike ride, it is relatively close to the circle. The owners had plenty of beach toys, chair, wagon and an umbrella which was really nice to have versus packing. We didn’t realize so much would be available.The only thing that gave me a bit of anxiety was the parking situation as there is only approval for 2 cars at the unit, we had 3 (3 families). The rental agency led me to believe we may or may not be able to park our 3rd car. That was added stress unwarranted. When we got there and I pressed her about parking, she then stated that if there were no spots in overflow (due to high season), we could park with our permit behind the agency bld. Instead of causing stress to renters, she could have stated that via email when I asked the week before our trip. This is no reflection on the owners; this was rental agency.

This property is terrific. A quiet spot on HHI.

We loved the accommodations and location. The keypad entry was a little finicky but we had picked up keys from management office nearby in case it didn't work. The nest thermostat would make it really cold in the common area but would turn off at night so the bedrooms would get warm at night. Recommend a normal programmable thermostat and or ceiling fans in bedrooms. Other than that everything was wonderful and would definitely stay there again!

Another wonderful week at this great rental!

This is the third straight year we have stayed at this location. We really love the unit and the complex. The pool upgrade they made last year is fantastic.

From the bird song sunrise to the gorgeous moonrise, this place gave us access to the ocean that was everything a vacation promises.We had spectacular weather for beach visits with two little boys, great common areas for catch in the evenings, and a great kitchen for meals. Mark was quick to respond and was a great host!

Oceanfront 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was as expected. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking . Owner and property management company were readily available and responsive.

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained the house was. The location was perfect – nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the major attractions and restaurants.The house had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and plenty of cozy spots to relax. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept like babies. The outdoor space was another highlight, with a lovely patio area where we enjoyed meals and evening drinks while taking in the beautiful views.Communication with the host was excellent. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and provided helpful tips on things to do in the area. It was clear that they take great pride in providing an excellent guest experience.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The property was excellent. Walk to the beach. Check in was very accommodating as we were late arriving. Townhouse was excellently decorated and very spacious!

Good beach access and short beach walk to the Tiki hut which had live music 7 days a week.

This was one of the most well appointed vacation homes I have ever stayed in. So many times you will stay in a place and it looks like they stocked it and furnished it with leftovers. That is not the case here. The beds were comfortable, each of us had our own bathroom, with walk-in showers. The chairs and sofa were some of the most comfortable pieces of furniture I have ever relaxed in a rental. I actually took a picture of the chair with my glasses to see if I could find one for my own self at home. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, and glasses, silverware, scissors!, Measuring cups, and spoons… They left us enough dishwashing liquid, a new sponge, paper towels, basically everything you need for a weekend. I would highly recommend the space. But I will say, if you Struggle with stairs, you will have to use them in the space. I will recommend this place to others who want to visit Hilton head Island.

Lovely townhome, as advertised. Ideal beachfront location. Great pool area. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms were perfect for our group. Kitchen was well-stocked. Comfortable living/dining rooms. Enjoyed the large side porch.

Very nice, quiet location. Had all the amenities. Only half mile from Coligny. Could not have asked for more.
