Direct Dune Access Sleeps 10 In House, 6 In BunkHouses - Bath Houses.

We have stayed here three years now, & we absolutely love it. It works perfectly for our group where everyone can spread out & have their space & you can't beat the location if your there for the dunes. The owners are easy to get a hold of & great with communication.The one con thing I would have to say is that hopefully one day they can upgrade the mattresses in all the rooms in the house because they are all very uncomfortable.But all in all it's a great place, quiet, huge lawn area, well fenced, two fire pit areas, double washer & dryers, dune access, two bunkhouses with its own bath house, plenty of room for your toys & a great place to sit back & relax with family & friends. This is our one big trip a year & we look forward to it every time, cannot wait until next year.

When we arrived there was no key to enter the house in the lock box and had to contact the owner for a backup so it took us 45 minutes to enter the home. When inside all the bed sheets were in the laundry. The location for access to the dunes was excellent and there was ample parking. The house is nicely set up and we enjoyed our stay.

This place is always awesome a big firepit dune access and plenty of room for friends. This is our favorite place to stay.

This was our 4th annual trip with family and friends for a fantastic weekend. Highly recommend this property.

This property was so perfect for our week at the sand dunes. The kitchen was perfect for feeding our big crew and the yard was fully fenced so our pups could safely run off some energy. The trail to the sand dunes was a short distance away which was awesome for the ride in/out (exactly what we were looking for). The extra fridge on the deck was an added bonus and nice amenity. The property manager/owner was super prompt with some check in confusion, mainly on my part but was kind enough to quickly communicate with me. We look forward to staying again for our annual sand dunes trip in 2026.

This property is perfect for large groups of duners with trucks and trailers! It is totally worth the added expense to rent the back half of the property with the bunkhouses and bath house, for added parking/space. The bunkhouses are nice, as well as having an added bathroom. The house itself is more than accommodating with the layout, 4 bedrooms, and large outdoor space. Owner was very prompt in responses. The previous renters were very messy and the poor housekeepers had to stay late to clean, but they were very nice and flexible as we checked in. All in all it is a great place to rent for a dune vacay, and I would rent again!

This was our second time at this property and it did not disappoint. Had a small issue and the owner was easy to get ahold of and walked us through what needed to be done to fix the issue. House is great, with great access to the dunes.

Had a blast, lots to do besides dunes...fishing at saunders lake,golf and casino. Dont go golfing at sunset bay golf course.... heaters dont work in 2 of the bedrooms. House is very well equipped

The normal refrigerator was not working. I was advised the day of arrival there was a working one on the porch for use. The check out is very early compared to other stays and there are check out instructions we were not aware of that are not on VRBO listing which would require you to get up early and start performing. Doing laundry, etc. Some of the furniture was in poor condition and broken. For what we needed the property worked well. Check out time would be my only concern, especially for the requested check out requirements.

Love coming here. Host is always a pleasure to talk to. House is alway clean.

Had a great time. The refrigerator wasn't working, but it was just bad luck, the owner assured me it was only a week old and offered a quick fix. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

Lots of space (interior and exterior parking)for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. House is well appointed for a week stay. Only recommendation is upgrading the mattresses.

Love this properly is perfect for large groups. We had family and friends stay. Dune access so close. We have retuned several times.

The house is large enough for a big group to enjoy dinner together. The great room does make it a little loud if some are watching TV and others are playing cards at the kitchen table. It is a nice house on a quiet street.

It was amazing very accomidating with back lot we slept 18 people 3 shower three tolites and 11 beds counting the back cabins we got the whole thing well worth it.

Property is perfect for family experience. Close entrance to dunes. Enclosed yard keeps kids locked in safe making us feel comfortable. Have stayed here before and have no negative remarks.

We have always enjoyed staying here, but in the 4 years we have stayed, there have been no changes or upgrades. We have noticed there are no smoke detectors anywhere in the house. We were not able to reserve for next year because it was booked out. We had to book elsewhere.

We love this place. See you next year!
