~~~Direct Beachfront Oceanfront-Incredible Views~~~

From start to finish this vacation home was 5 star. Middle of June, 3 adults and 2 eleven year old girls. I will break it down.1. Communication with the host (Melinda) was prompt, friendly and informative. Any concerns or questions were handled promptly. 2, Cleanliness was absolute tops, from top to bottom.3. The property itself is, in a word, stellar, honestly within an hour of arrival we all agreed we would return. The unit is up to date, efficient, extremely well laid out and comfortable, from the spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen, dining room, living room, to the bay window sitting area (extremely nice), to the decks on every level, I simply cannot say enough about the property except you must experience this slice of serenity for yourself. Jeff, Melinda and Family have done an amazing job!4. There are TVs throughout, we were having too much fun to even turn them on.5. The beach is beautiful, broad, sandy and NOT crowded. Beautiful sunrises, shore fishing, shell gathering and nighttime crab hunting.6. St Augustine/Vilano Beach area is a wonderful vacation spot from the beaches, to the shopping to the friendly locals.Once again, my hat is off to the Host, thank you for an amazing week.

Very clean. Perfect location. Short walk to the beach. Nice Outdoor furniture. Nice kitchen Equipment. Awesome Ice Maker and up to date washer and dryer! Nice view from the great room! Relaxing. Mattress in King Rooms could be updated. Second Bathroom needs a cabinet installed for your makeup/toiletries. Second King room does not have a dresser. Didn't like the metal dining chairs at all. Very uncomfortable.

Yes, the view was terrific and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked.

A true 5 star experience. Property was exactly as advertised. Unbeatable views, truly right on the beachfront. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of space for the 5 of us. Location of 10-12 minutes from St. Augustine allowed us to hit the town just about every night for live music (multiple venues) and great eats. Beach was fantastic, not crowded at all, and we made good use of the property provided beach chairs. Check in and check out both very easy. We had a marvelous time. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing view, beautiful beach, well stocked kitchen, easy communication with host.

We came for a Flagler visit for my daughter and stayed in Melinda’s beachfront condo. The house itself couldn’t have been more perfect for us and the views were perfection! The large bay window facing the ocean was a dream spot for coffee sipping in the morning and the location couldn’t be beat. Melinda went above and beyond to accommodate us and was very responsive.I couldn’t recommend it more!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean, well stocked, thoughtfully maintained and clearly cared for. The location was ideal and made getting around so easy. We felt comfortable the entire stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

The property was exactly what we wanted. Easy access to the beach with all the chairs and umbrellas ready to use. The whole property was well appointed. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay and then some. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants beautiful views and a nice, private beach. All the rooms were comfortable and the master bedroom suite had the most amazing shower, beautiful!!

The view of the ocean was amazing at the rear of the unit from all of the rooms. Walking from the back deck the ocean was just feet away. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the tools we needed to cook delicious meals in the spacious kitchen. There were numerous beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and games to enjoy. We enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the place. I would definitely book again when staying in northeast Florida!

Our stay was outstanding. The house was everything we hoped it would be. Clean, well furnished, well appointed, terrific views and easy access to the beach. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Pictures just don’t portray how beautiful this place is! Home is so pretty and well stocked. Host responded to any questions within minutes. The location of the home is just perfect- the beach is just steps outside the door, the drive into St Augustine is only a few short minutes, grocery and some amazing restaurants are within 2 miles. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place!

I cannot say enough about how awesome this place was for our family. Everything was clean, and the house was stocked with all of the things you would need to enjoy the beach, which was just steps from the rear door. The host was extremely responsive and very quick to answer questions or concerns. We would 100% stay again if we visit the area. It is perfectly located with a grocery store minutes away. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to enjoy meals at home. Downtown St. Augustine was also a short drive make it a great spot to enjoy both the city and the beach.

This is the second time we have stayed at this oceanfront property. The first time it was just my husband and me, the second time we brought our children and grandchildren. They had so much fun! Accommodations are perfect, and the location to the beach is outstanding. The owners are a delight to work with.

We had a wonderful time here. Very clean. Incredible views. A high chair and baby crib were included for a our baby, which was very convenient!

The views are incredible, the beach is quiet and beautiful, house was well stocked and the location has easy access to grocery store and restaurants. A great place and we all talked about hopefully coming back someday.

Very happy with management and our accommodations. So much so we have already booked this beautiful location for another stay in 6 months. Probably the thing that makes it so incredible is the glassed bay window. No matter what is going on with the weather, one can sit there feeling like they are directly on the beach. Everything one would need is provided for. Grocery store right down the road. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful home! Every detail is perfect, down to the mini ice cube machine! All of the appliances are top of the line and the master shower is the best!!The views are gorgeous and the sound of the waves as you sleep is so relaxing. We had a wonderful time!
