This property was spotless and very close to the beach. Would definitely rent it again.

Great little spot on the beach. Very clean and comfy. Currently there is a sea turtle nest marked at the end of the walkway so someone soon will get to see the baby turtles hatching. We love St George cause it's old Florida. No big condos and hotels. Mostly young families enjoying the beach. The local fishing is great and try some local beers across the bridge in Apalachicola. We will be back

Good overall property, location and experience. Just a couple minor items:1. We had to sign another contract with terms very favorable to the owner in addition to standard VRBO conditions to be approved for the stay. 2. The owner provided one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for our week-long stay. They did tell us this before we arrived, but I have not experienced this at any other house rental. 3. The primary bed was very soft with a thick topper. This was uncomfortable for my spouse. We enjoyed the screened in porch and location right on the beach.

Perfect for the two of us and our dog child Cozzmo . We lived the porch so much we spent most of the home time out there , We definitely will come back . Thank you very much

Our second year in this unit and we absolutely love the location, peaceful surroundings, daily beach walks, and our hosts who answered all our questions!

Good host and good location

Our hosts were so welcoming, checking on us multiple times. The house and location were just lovely. I had one small issue which I reached out about and it was met with immediate response and resolution.

The property is unique because it’s ground level with direct access to the beach from the back lanai. The property was clean and functional…no frills but absolutely adequate for a great stay. The ocean views and sounds were marvelous. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It’s a duplex and we were blessed with fantastic neighbors. I can absolutely recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing visit to the beach.

Had the best time!! Got to take our dogs on first vacation..everything we needed was there for us. Had super friendly neighbors next door. Everything was super nice.

Extremely clean VRBO, and a wonderful set up for enjoying the beach and all the island has to offer. Older unit but very nicely updated and well cared for. Easy check in and communication with host. Especially enjoyed the screened in porch and view! Nice they allow dogs although I didn’t have mine along on this trip. Would be helpful to have a few more paper products like 2 rolls of TP rather than one to begin with along with an extra kitchen garbage bag.

Sea Oats provided us with a very quiet, pet-friendly home away from home. The back porch was a favorite hangout and we loved the accessibility to the beach for our daily walks. The bathroom towels were the best we’ve ever experienced at a rental! Thank you for sharing this unit with us!

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving week. The cottage is cozy but was perfect for my mom who has some mobility issues. The screened in porch was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked.

Property was exactly as hoped - clean and well maintained, with great beach frontage.
