What we love about this home is its premium downtown location and the amenities in our house and of course the awesome patio, pool and garden area. Amazing Location - Two minutes to 5th Avenue, three minutes to the beach! Amazing property with a fabulous private garden with plenty of vegetation and an awesome pool/patio area. Dine poolside under the stars and walk to everything in downtown Naples!

First floor has a bright and cheerful living room, updated kitchen, formal dining room and power room. and just steps from poolside dining. Second floor has two generous bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

Visitors and guest are amazed when they see our garden and patio and pool area. This is our home fully furnished for us not your typical rental. Weve occupied it for 13 years and are moving on to another chapter of our lives.

Ken & Jan's condo was perfect for us. Near the beach and 5th Ave in Naples. Very walkable neighborhood. Beautiful pool too ... absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.
