Reviewer Comments: Excellent location, very cute amazing house with a breathtaking view, only thing that could improve is the matress on main bedroom , as it was very uncomfortable. Other than that our stay was so good. Toilet cistern was leaking .

Stayed Nov 21, 2022Old style property with all collectives of previous owners stuff. Shower and toilets needs maintenance and main TV reception faulty. Stairs steep for anyone with bad knees. A/C works well in main room and plenty of fridge and freezer space. Front flyscreen would not shut unless forced pressure. Happy with the house as an older style rental with a good price with comparable accommodation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was no hot water, when I messaged the agent had no response.I would recommend if it had hot water. Nice place and clean.

Stayed Jul 5, 2022We were two couples staying for a few nights at Moore River (Guilderton). Unfortunately, another couple weren't able to join us, but the property would have easily accommodated six. The ocean views were gorgeous, the house roomy and comfortable and the kitchen cupboards had all the utensils etc we needed. Two bathrooms (one downstairs) were a welcome bonus. Only one minor negative - BBQs rusty or dirty so we cooked in kitchen. Highly recommended - we wish we owned this one!

The view and outside verandah area was the best. The beds were all very comfortable and the house had a great feel to it. The water pressure in the showers was a bit slow and some of the appliances need to be updated, but overall we had a great time. Looking forward to renting again with Country Value Holiday Homes.
