Located at 75m. from the Playa de la Cruz del Mar, with access through the patio of an old Corral, independent rehabilitated apartment house with two bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom and storage-store. Wooden beams and pottery seen on the roof, oyster stone walls with marine fossils, typical of the area, ceramic tiles in bedrooms and porcelain in the living room and bathroom, old wall coverings made of lime mortar and modern renovated bathroom with flush shower down.
Master bedroom with window equipped with double bed and another bedroom with 2 windows equipped with individual upper bunk and lower sofa convertible into double bed we can accommodate 5 people comfortably. The living room is set up behind the glassed-in entrance door, and has a TV area, and a dining area with a compact but well-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, extractor fan, crockery, cutlery, etc.

With independent access in the patio there is a storage room with gas heater for hot water, washing machine and enough space to store the necessary elements to go to the beach: umbrella, folding chairs, toys, balls, etc.

The house has the perfect atmosphere for a few days of rest near the sea, with the necessary tranquility, even being in the historic center of the municipality, surrounded by all the bars, restaurants and entertainment area and attractions for the little ones, besides the Castillito , wineries, flea market, promenade, etc.

The nearby parking is solved with two possibilities, managed by the town hall, about 100m each at one end of the same street, at a cost of € 5 per day.

In the same door of access to the corral there is a small shop to buy the daily bread and the necessary drinks, in addition to any need that may arise.
