THE CASA CHARO APARTMENT is located in the historic center of Chipiona, very close to the Castle and the beaches. It is completely new, newly renovated in January 2015 with a very well-maintained decoration and with current touches, all in detail as the photos show.
The apartment is located in a two-story building, occupies the ground floor, has a very cozy interior light patio for reading and relaxing. It has a large bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with twosingle beds. The mattresses are very comfortable and comfortable. To live as a Chipionaire.
It has exclusive ADSL-WIFI internet for the apartment. All expenses are included, including sheets and towels. The brand new kitchen is very complete with all the necessary utensils. Since the apartment is in the historic center you can reach on foot any place, shops, cafes, banks, City Hall, Tourist Office (on the same street), supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the Municipal Market where you can purchase all products of our land, fish, seafood, meat, very varied fruit and plants. It is also one step away from the beaches.
Chipiona is a fishing village that lives from the sea, tourism and the countryside where all kinds of products are grown, the cultivation of flowers that are exported to any part of the world. Good seafood and fried fish can be enjoyed at any bar or restaurant in Chipiona. Its beaches of white sands and rich in iodine are awarded every year with the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe. The quintessential wine of Chipiona is the Moscatel, sweet wine with an exquisite palate to taste at any time of the day.

The environment
Near airport just 30 km. in Jerez de la Frontera and rental cars. Also about 100 km. is the airport of Seville and a little further the airport of Malaga.
Easy access by road, it is located in the center of Chipiona. The Urbanization Costa Ballena is located about 3 km. where there are golf courses, supermarkets (mercadona), beautiful beaches, bars-restaurants, bicycle rental, horse rental, shopping area and areas for pleasant walks.
The best thing about Chipiona is its beaches that are just a few steps away from the apartment. You do not need a car to go to the beach.

We recommend a quiet walk barefoot along the shore of the beach early in the day, a walk through the pine forests or visit the City of Cádiz in the catamarans of Rota or El Puerto de Santa María. Visit to the Bodegas de Jerez de la Frontera, visit the Doñana Park, a lunch in Bajo de Guía de Sanlúcar de Barrameda, visit the Sanctuary of the Virgen de Regla, a day in the village of the Virgen del Rocío, and many more activities. I assure you, you will enjoy the trip.
