The floorplan is inviting for a large family, multiple families, a group of friends and/or colleagues to relax amongst (2) distinct living areas, (2) kitchens and a (2) car garage with golf cart in one spot and (2) outdoor parking spots.



When you arrive, the 2nd floor exterior staircase brings you to the wrap-around covered balcony with wooden rocking chairs. The living area is beautifully decorated with a comfortable large sectional sleeper sofa, swivel chair, TV, and the area is blessed with sunlight through the plantation shutters. It’s a great place to easily converse, watch a movie or curl up with your favorite book. The dining room has a gorgeous expansive table with 10 seagrass chairs and French Doors which leads to the wrap-around balcony, yet another great area to toast and create family memories. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, 5 burner gas stovetop, 2 in wall ovens, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and Coffee Maker with a charming breakfast nook that seats 4. At the end of the hallway, you will find the back covered balcony with the BBQ gas grill and chairs.



The 3rd floor hosts 2 Master Bedrooms which are spacious and exudes opulence with king beds, matching nightstands, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, private covered balcony with chairs an ensuite bathrooms. The Master Bathroom has a tile and glass enclosed shower, 2 vanities and separate water closet with a commode. The Guest Master Bathroom has a shower/tub combo, vanity and commode. For your convenience there is a full sized washer and dryer on this floor and the 1st floor.



The 2nd floors hosts the main living area, kitchen and dining area with 2 bedrooms. The Guest Bedroom has a king bed, matching nightstands, dresser, chair, TV, ceiling fan, large closet, Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo, vanity and commode. Across the hall you will find the Guest Bedroom with 2 queen beds, matching nightstand, armoire, TV and ceiling fan, this bedroom shares the Jack-n-Jill bathroom and has access to the ½ bath in the hallway.
