Destin Sun | Private Pool | 6-Seater Golf Cart | 4 Mins to Beach

The pool was a very pleasant addition to the property. We swam almost daily. The Golf Cart was greatly appreciated as well. Very nice neighborhood and the house was very accommodating.

We had a great stay, house was nice, we were able to fit 18 of us in there pretty comfortably. The house was as expected, however there are a few things that probably need addressed soon. The washer and dryer are very old appliances. The dryer vent is VERY full and needs the lined cleaned out. ling apartreeing Adding more coffee cups, a few storage containers or bowls would be a nice addition for larger families. Otherwise a nice place, would definitely stay again.

Great place

Private pool is the best choice we have made in 15 years of coming to Destin. We were in it morning, noon, and night. Some hiccups during the stay but management was quick to respond via text. Will definitely look at booking this property in the future.

This house was perfect for our family of 13. Adults like the fact that they all got a king sized bed and their own bathrooms and the kids loved the bunk room. They even made a fort in the double bed that wasn’t being used. The golf cart was great for getting around without having to get in the car. We did rent another 10 seater so we could all get where we were going at the same time. The nightly rides to go get ice cream were fun too. lol. The pool was perfect too since the 4 year old wasn’t a huge fan of the beach. We would definitely stay here again and probably will in 2 years when we come back if it’s still available for rent.

The house is in the perfect location. Everything was exactly has described. There were 16 of us and we were not crowded at all. The only complaint is the outside trash bins need to be pressure cleaned. You could smell the terrible smell coming from from them as soon as you drive up to the home.

It was a great house

The option to heat the pool was just what we needed for this breezy spring break. We enjoyed the warmth of the community pool as well. We spent hours outside on the patio playing games and eating. The house was extremely clean and well cared for. Thank you for a great stay!

This is the third year in this beautiful home. We enjoy this home because it is clean, neat, and features a nice, secluded, full sun, and heated pool. We work with Travel Life and if there’s any concerns- one being one day the pool heater didn’t work - within a couple of hours, the heater was turned back on and all was well.

The house was located on a private drive and a short walk to the beach. The home was plenty big enough to house all 17 of us. We had an amazing time!

Overall the house was a great pick for a family vacation of all ages. Loved that all the bedrooms (minus the bunk bed room) had their own private bathrooms. The living area was very spacious as well!

15 family members. 7 under 10 yrs old. Family Reunion. Perfect set up. The pool was great. The golf cart was very convenient. Beaches were stunningly gorgeous. We had an amazing time. There were a couple issues, I texted, they were taken care of promptly.

We’ve stayed here two consecutive years now and this house is excellent for several couples staying together due to the number of king rooms and bathrooms. Every year we take a trip with ~5 couples and 4 children and this house works perfectly. My only wish is that it was closer to the beach- but given the reasonable price and bedrooms we are likely to book again next year!

Home beautiful, perfect for our family! Owner reachable and prompt with all needs, questions, and concerns. A dust pan would have been great- found broom but no dust pan. Was told there were two blow dryers in house but only found one. Loved the pool, outside shower, and golf cart! A drying rack on back patio would be good along with additional hooks in bathrooms. Thank you for everything! We would love to visit again!

Spacious enough for 8 adults and 6 children with beach time in am and pool in afternoon and evening. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. Needed to stagger some grocery purchases due to size of group. Bedrooms were great with king size en-suites but some mattresses will need replaced soon. Golf cart was very helpful with runs to the beach.

The house was very nice along with the pool and golf cart. The refrigerator was very slow to make ice so we had to keep buying it. Side by side refrigerators are not big enough for that many people in one house. We also had a lot of aunts in the house.

The house is listed as secluded - it is but it is at the very end of the gated community and is directly across from the power grid- that’s why there aren’t pictures of the front of the house. Also next to the house is a drop off into a swampy area - it’s pretty but means that the bugs are intense!! We couldn’t sit outside in the evening and definitely couldn’t swim in the evening! As someone that is trained in safety awareness - no smoke detectors or extinguishers in the house. No safety bars in the tubs and the concrete outside is very slippery when wet. There are no grippers or sandy paint to keep you from slipping - not good for children or older adults. Now for the good - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, house is equipped with washer/dryer/iron and board. Fans in the bedrooms were wonderful since you can’t adjust the temp inside. It’s a nice house and the golf cart was a huge plus. Rental company will NOT budge on check in so we sat outside waiting even though no one was there. Destin is a great place to visit, lots to do and beach is easily accessed.

We all had so much fun! It had pretty much anything we needed! Just a few suggestions would be… have at least 1 full propane tank for grill.. there was 4 there but all were empty so we had to use stove to make our burgers and hot dogs. Pool was ‘cloudy’ half the time but did clear up after Weds when the guys treated it. We didn’t realize the construction guys would be starting their work at 7a every day but we dealt with it. Other than that, all was great and we’d definitely all stay here again in the future!
