The property also includes an independent laundry area next to the entrance, equipped with a washing machine and water well, offering practical convenience during your stay. The balcony is ideal for relaxing outdoors and enjoying peaceful moments.

It’s a perfect place for those seeking rest, comfort, and convenience, in a well-connected location, ideal for exploring the region and enjoying Madeira with peace of mind.

GETTING AROUND

The best option to get to the apartment is by transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners—it is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply to all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a baby cot, a high chair, and a baby bath if needed, but you should request these in advance. There is a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION

A Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for each person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz. All guests aged 13 or over will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14 per person). Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
