A solid, American-made queen bed and Saatva mattress, outfitted with Four Seasons hotel-grade down & feather pillows, wrapped in 100% organic Coyuchi cotton linens. Glass windows across three walls provide expansive canyon views and a custom blinds system for ultimate privacy and light restriction.

The Professional Grade Culinary Kitchen

Prepare meals on professional Wolf appliances and experience a café-quality morning ritual with the Jura super automatic espresso system. From stoneware to the flatware, enjoy the playful and precise design of Alessi and vintage Mikasa.

>Be gentle with water usage; coastal soils require conservative flow

>Let us know if you need guidance using the minisplits for cooling/heating (We like the Auto function at 70 Fahrenheit overnight; temperature is a personal preference, of course)

>This is an entire home; not an ADU, not a compound. Yay

>On a quiet, single lane, Canyon-style residential, dead end street; fellow drivers yield in a friendly fashion
