Great house.

The house was beautiful and clean when we arrived. It was just what we needed. It took a second to work the elevator correctly, but we got it. The balcony was great for rocking at any point of the day.

Sandy Swan is the perfect getaway! So relaxing. They have everything you need to feel at home. Whether you’re wanting a romantic weekend as a couple or a family vacation with the little ones. The hot tub, golf cart, bikes, outdoor shower, patio dining area, fire pit, the list goes on and on!!!

Well decorated and upgraded! Take advantage of the backyard and the beach accessories that are included, they had everything you can think of so you don’t need to pack it all from home!

The Sandy Swan is adorable, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished. Do not let the size fool you, my husband and I took our two teen daughters and everyone had space to relax. The kitchen is fully stocked, which made it easy for us to cook a healthy dinner for 4 nightly. The hot tub was a perfect end to a long day of exploring the area. Ample beach gear made beach day a breeze, and the outdoor shower made for quick clean up when we returned. The owners have made family time a priority with this little home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

This is the perfect house for our family with the two big rooms on both floors. Nice gathering place on ground level. Elevator helped tremendously. I would definitely recommend this to a friend

We had a wonderful week at this home. It fit our large group perfectly, was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a perfect week! Can’t recommend this house enough!

Beautiful home, can hear the ocean from front of home. Close access to beach

We loved Seabreeze for our family of seven! It is a well appointed home with beach access across the street and 2 houses down. We were surprised by the amount of traffic on Ocean Blvd and the noise was disappointing. Although we weren't able to hear the ocean much we were still able to see peaks of the beautiful ocean. The decor is elegant and beachy, comforters soft and the house was immaculate. A grill would be a nice addition for the night's you don't feel like going out to dinner. Shark tooth hunting was phenomenal! Once you start eyeing them you can't stop! We found great white teeth as big as the palm of our hands. So fun!

We came here for an anniversary weekend and the home was absolutely beautiful! Simple check in and check out. We loved this house and hope to come back in the future :)
