Stayed Sep 26, 2025Loved everything about our stay in this lovely home!! The location was perfect! We walked to bars and restaurants that were right around the corner! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and hanging out on the back porch too! It was very clean and worked perfect for our football weekend at CSU! We will be back for sure!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The house is wonderful, with every amenity. During the week it was quiet, and on the weekends there were upstairs neighbors. The floors upstairs are noisy. But overall it was really great.

Stayed Aug 6, 2024Really pleasant, well-maintained and scrupulously clean property that was very comfortable and very convenient for access to the university campus and a number of nearby restaurants. Communication with the landlord was fast, efficient and very helpful, and the nice garden out back was a plus. Landlord was also flexible regarding one of my requests and very pleasant to deal with. Overall, exceeded expectations
