We provide complimentary coffee bar items such ground coffee, an assortment of teas, creamer, sugar, and coffee grounds. A complimentary welcome basket with snacks is also provided.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked basement used for supply storage. Entry is simple and secure with a smartlock. For your convenience, we recommend using the back door, as it is closest to the garage and street parking.

Accessibility:
Please note this is a three-story home. Guests must be comfortable with stairs to access the bedrooms and full bathroom located on the second and third floors.

Potential for Noise:
The home is in a prime urban location, and the main street can be busy. While the house is well-insulated, you may hear standard city noises. A nearby music venue may occasionally have events, but they typically end by 10 pm. Sound machines are provided in the bedrooms, living room, and zen balcony for your comfort.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $25/hour and must be approved in advance.
