Thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and style, every detail has been carefully curated to make your stay effortless and memorable. The home has 5 bedrooms although can only be advertised as 4 bedrooms. Just a short stroll takes you to the heart of Old Town, where breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques await. The CSU campus is less than a 5-minute drive away, making this an unbeatable location for both adventure and relaxation.



A Tour of the Home:



As you enter, you’re welcomed by soaring ceilings, natural light, and modern boho décor that feels both luxurious and inviting. The open-concept main floor blends a cozy living space, fully stocked kitchen, and dining area that opens directly to the hot tub patio — perfect for morning coffee or an evening soak under Colorado’s starry skies.
