Stayed Aug 3, 2025We had a great stay at the Peachy House. Great location and super cute, comfortable house. We had a couple minor issues, but Katie was very nice and really quick to respond; she helped us resolve things right away. The pool was really fun.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025The house is just as pictured. We had a group of 10 and had plenty of room. It is absolutely beautiful! The neighborhood is quiet and a few blocks from the beach. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the 3rd floor. Our host, Katie was very responsive. We would certainly do it again.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024This house is exactly as shown in the listing. Clean, well kept, beautiful, comfortable. The host is great at communicating and any issue will be addressed. There is plenty of room, my family of 4 traveled with my sisters family of 4 and our parents. We each had privacy on our own level and the kids had areas to play. The ping pong air hockey table was a huge hit. The family room and eat in kitchen wonderful for gathering for lunches and evening tv while the kids went to bed. Short walk to the beach which was beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. Couldn't recommend this property more!

Stayed Jun 16, 2024Great place for large family group (grandparents, kids/spouses and grandchildren). Family could still share together time while having a separate area for sleep with three separate floors and many bed configurations in the rooms. The container pool is awesome, kids loved its window. Ample parking for all our cars was a huge plus. Did I mention we walked just a short distance to the beach each day? Literally, crossing two streets off the beach. Katie has been so easy and gracious to work with from beginning to end. We are already trying to work it out to return next year.

Stayed Oct 18, 2023We enjoyed our stay at the Peachy beach house - new and beautifully decorated, very clean, in an excellent location just a short walk to the beach. Great sunrise views from the upper floor and near downtown Fernandina and the Fort Clinch state park - fabulous tree lined road excellent for walking as well. We enjoyed a day trip to Cumberland Island as well, and some great meals in Fernandina & Amelia Island's restaurants. Definitely recommend this place for overall experience. There are some really fun features of the house so that I would also recommend for families.
