We had an amazing stay from start to finish. The place was exceptionally clean, and the thoughtful extras like providing beach towels and a great variety of seasoning for cooking. This really made our experience even better. It was comfortable, convenient, and truly enjoyable. We wouldn’t change a thing and would happily stay again.

Nathan, the host, was super communicative!! We had a last minute request to hear the pool since my kids were cold, and he had it heated the next day. The house is fully stocked, cozy beds, and even pool towels! The hot tub was so nice to have. Nathan also gave me great coffee recs, couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you for the great stay.

We really enjoyed everything about the property. We spent most of our time in the back patio…very comfortable furniture, the pool which was the perfect temperature and worth paying to have it heated, the hot tub which was not too hot in the 90 degree temperatures and especially morning and evening. The beds were very comfortable. We fixed most of our meals there, Vons is close. The cover to the bbq was a little challenging but the grill worked great. We would absolutely stay here again. Nate was great to work with. Always responded immediately with the answers. Thanks!

Amenities were just barely adequate. Main living space nice size. Bedroom carpets worn and filthy, in need of replacement. Kitchen appliances were very good, newer. Cooking utensils only fair. Most plates and bowls were not microwave safe. Nice lounge area with tables and comfy chairs next to pool.

Loved this house—great location to Palm Springs and had all the amenities we needed. The views are great and the pool is nice and secluded.

Amazing stay, communication and accommodation is quick.

This was a gem! Quiet neighborhood close to everything in the desert - JTNP, shopping, restaurants, coffee. We had great meals. Found wonderful hiking in the mornings and enjoyed the comforts of the house in the afternoons - sun and shade, swimming in the pool. We enjoyed the small things that add to a great stay - supportive mattresses and good shower pressure. Would stay again and highly recommended!

The pool/backyard area is so great to hang out in. The pool and hot tub were used every day, and the house was very clean. Such pretty sunsets from the front of the house. Thanks so much!

This was a perfect fit for our family of 5. The house is very nice and clean, kitchen is very well equipped and the outdoor space is great. Jacuzzi and pool are amazing. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Grocery shopping and restaurants are a short drive away.Communication was also great.Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Neighborhood is quite. Kitchen is equipped with all that you would need during your stay. Patio has table, chairs and recliners for comfort. Area is windy during some months, but that wasn't a problem with our visit. Hiking trails and cultural sites (museums, etc.) are within 25 to 40 minutes, including Joshua Tree National Park. Would recommend the location and hosts can be contacted easily.

Great experience. Perfect for our trip. Wish we would have had time to take advantage of the pool.

My husband and I enjoyed very much our 9 nites staying at this spotless home with high ceilings, pretty pool, hot tub part and gas barbeque. The neighborhood backs up against the hills, with a beautiful view of the mountains, and is supremely quiet. The kitchen had everything we could want, including spices. Comfortable mattresses. Plenty of towels. Fans moved a lot of air; this well-insulated house did not need heat or air conditioning during our stay. Close to spas.Owner easy to reach. Easy check in process.We look forward to staying here again!

We were all pleased that the posted pics accurately reflected the property. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals at home Beds were VERY comfortable and had quality cotton sheets which I love Abundance of nice towelsPool area was lovely

We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Communications with the property owner were great, from pre-trip, to during, to post-trip. The immediate neighborhood is nice. The property is clean and has a great pool and hot tub, and the outdoor area has ample space to relax in the backyard. We used the grill on 1 occasion; it was reasonably clean and easy to start. The morning views of Mt. San Jacinto to the SW were nice, and on our final day we took the aerial tramway to the top. The home is positioned in between Joshua Tree National Park to the north, and the Coachella Valley to the SE. It a straight drive south to downtown Palm Springs (20-30 minutes away), and the airport it about 30 minutes as well. We arrived on October 12th, which was perfectly timed, as it was the last day of 100 degree temps. Temp highs were in the low 90's for most of our stay, until weeks end when it was in the low 80's. We did not opt for pool heat, which wasn't necessary as the pool stayed around 76 degrees until week's end; if you want to use the pool after October you should opt for the heat; we only opted for heat in the hot tub which we took full advantage of. The house has plenty of room with 3 bedrooms. The only unexpected thing (to us) was that the garage did not have a garage door opener. So we took our bags through the front door on arrival and departure, and just left the car parked in the driveway during our stay. It's a nice rental property for both small or larger groups.

This place was perfect for our family. The pool was great and all necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was a short distance away from Palm Springs and the Outlet malls. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful.
