TVs in the family room and in 2 bedrooms. Pool and spa with areas to sunbathe and enjoy the desert air in a very private yard. Internet is provided. Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood close to downtown Palm Springs. Lots of great restaurants, shopping, fun destinations, and other amenitiesnearby. Centrally located to Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta. The house has close, and easy, access to the CA10 freeway and to the Palm Springs Airport (9 minutes away). Ceiling fans throughout and a new HVAC system. Parking available for 2 cars on driveway.
