Other things to note
Pool heating fee is 200 per a night, temperature will be set to a warm 82* degrees. (Spa will be included)

Spa Heating the fee is 25 per a night, temperature will bd set to a hot 102* degrees.

We work with the top pool cleaners in the desert, despite that, the desert can have high winds that can turn a perfectly clean pool into a dirty pool in 10 minutes or less. Please let us know and we will send a pool cleaner as soon as possible. We also try to keep pool skimmers on site at our home. There is the possibility of boatman bugs in the desert, it’s an seasonal issue in the whole Coachella Valley. They are completely harmless but can fall from the sky and they love water. Generally there's a chance for them to appear between July to September, while they can be killed and removed, but they may still return after treating. There can also be sand storms in the desert. While we can promise a pool cleaner will clean the pool 2-3 times per week, we cannot control acts of god, nor are they grounds for cancellation or refund.

Please note: Our home is located in the desert, where guests may occasionally see bees, insects, or small wildlife outdoors. While we provide regular pest control and do our best to minimize this, it is a natural part of the desert environment.

• Pool Cleaning Service is normally every Monday or Tuesday and Friday between 12-3PM. Service times may change. If you’d prefer the pool cleaner not to come please let me know in advance
