Desert Oasis in Terra Lago Enjoy Coachella and large pool. All new inside.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!!! My daughter just turned 18 and my wife and I decided to mark the occasion by inviting her and some of her closest friends on a weekend getaway to the desert. The pictures of this property online were beautiful, but it’s even nicer in person. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well appointed with fun things for the guests to do (i.e cornhole, shuffleboard, slot machines, arcade games, and pinball). The kitchen is enormous and provided my daughter and her friends with plenty of space to gather and laugh and celebrate. The outside, however, is the best of all. The pool and spa were beautifully maintained, there were numerous seating areas (both shaded and fully in the sun), and in the evening there was colorful lighting in and around the pool, as well as several fire features to give the patio an extremely inviting feel. Last, but certainly not least, was the quality of the hosts. Michael and Jam were AMAZING!!! They answered all of our questions immediately and went out of their way to include welcome balloons, flowers, and a gift basket of snacks for our daughter upon her arrival. This touch of generosity set the tone for the weekend and made us feel so welcome. I literally can’t say enough positives and now our younger daughter wants to celebrate her birthday here too. THIS WAS THE MOST POSITIVE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A RENTAL!!!! I can’t wait to come back.

Great house. Easy communication. Was a family of 5 going to Joshua Tree and other places nearby. Helped to have a pool and game room to unwind with the kids

Kids had a blast in the pool! House was clean and functional, beautiful spacious home, yard, and pool! The owner was very responsive to questions we had and helped us through some quirks of running the pool, etc. I had difficulties with VRBO and won’t be using the app again but this home owner tried to make up for the issues I had with VRBO and was very accommodating.

Large kitchen with sitting bar for over 10 people. Well equipped with dishes, glasses and cookware. So many plastic glasses to use in pool area. TV in every room and even out in pool area by fire pit. Comfortable beds . All areas very clean . Mike was great host and readily answered our questions. Host was simply wonderful! Michael responded immediately re any questions and made sure everything was explained and taken care of. He had a lovely gift arrival goodie box, including wine!House was perfect and the pool/ jacuzzi back yard was great! All the fun “games” and arcade games and out door equipment were a fun addition. Lovely setting, easy and ample parking and all around great spot for our vacation!!

Cannot say enough about this rental - everything was FANTASTIC! Michael is an amazing host, the place had it all covered. The pool was pristine and packed with fun toys for our kids, the home is in excellent shape and in a great location inside the gated Terra Lago community. We are going to book again for sure with you!

Great house, clean, tons of nice amenities like the pool hot tub, and of course the golf cart! Jam was awesome. Communicated really well and frequently and was super responsive.

The house was beyond expectations! The backyard was a wonderful hang out for 6 friends, that have known each other since kindergarten, to reminisce and make new memories! The kitchen was very large and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to everything. Jam was a dream to work with. We would not hesitate to rebook this home in the future. If what you need is an early check-in and late checkout this and a flop house- this may be your property. We wont be going back. There was no hot water anywhere in the property, the refrigerator, dishwasher were both not operating properly, the kitchen which is described as a gourmet kitchen didn't even have a kitchen sponge, proper knives, storage containers let alone an ice machine. If you are planning to cook dinners here dont stay here. One bathroom smelled like it was sprayed with mens urine. The pool towels while abundant looked like they have been through it and were thread bare. There is no proper dining room table just a very large island with backless stools but I dont blame the owner for that. Pool was nice as was the pool area. This house is good to flop and float. If you want a retreat- this aint your place

Jam answered my every need within seconds! Anything and everything I needed was taken care of right away. This lovely property housed all of fam all weekend and everyone had a really good time playing all the games and swimming while bbqing was very fun. The recommend this highly property! Our family had a wonderful stay at the Desert Oasis home in Indio. The ultra modern kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything you would need for your entire stay!The pool area is filled with plenty of seating, pool toys, games, and an outdoor TV. The outdoor lighting and water fountain added a hotel feel to the stay. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. Shuffleboard and video game room kept everyone busy while indoors.Correspondence with the owner was very quick and helpful. Lovely place!

We have so much fun in the pool. And also we enjoyed the cooking and the meals in the spacious and beautiful kitchen. The house is beautiful.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend stay at the Desert Oasis property! We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and this was the perfect place for us. The house is very spacious and decorated beautifully. The 10 of us were very comfortable while staying here, and found that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook up meals during our stay. Our hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. We had the best weekend here and would definitely stay again next time we’re in town. The Desert Oasis was an amazing experience! The house could not have been any better. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and smooth. We were in the area for BMW Performance Driving School in Thermal, CA, and this property was 15 minutes from there - which was perfect. The host was incredibly responsive and super accommodating. When we couldn't get the hotub to work, we messsaged the host and he had his pool guy come out within 20 minutes to get it working. There were plenty of fun things to do in the house like a shuffleboard table, arcade games, pinball, and video poker. We even had ducks and hummingbirds visit us in the beautifully landscaped pool area. The place is simply idyllic. If I could give this property and host more than 5 stars, I would!

Enjoyed staying at this property. The house was in excellent condition and very accommodating. The owner thought of everything from a stocked coffee bar to a wide assortment of games. The owner was great, making sure we had anything we needed. Would recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

This home is EXCEPTIONAL. You don't need to look any farther as this is without a doubt the best Decorated, equipped and clean VRBO that we have stayed in. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 to spread out in and the pool and spa were a real hit with our Grand Children. We tend to go to different places for our get togethers, but the next time we head to the desert this will be our Go To Home. Mike, the Host, was exceptional and he stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was to our liking. 10 stars all around!

Much needed Family Time. This property met all our family needs; very spacious, clean, great location. The host Michael was very attentive to our needs. We are thinking of staying there again in the near future.

We rented the house to meet some of our family members that were visiting from Mexico City and staying at my nephew’s house in Indio. We often rent vacation homes, as we have family members living in Indio. Overall we had a pleasant experience; house was clean, good size, and had everything we needed. Big thanks to Jam & Michael for their prompt responses, to our inquiries!

We had a wonderful trio in Indio! Michael was very attentive in his communication and recommendations. The house had everything we needed and more! We were able to make a few Thanksgiving dishes in a fully equipped kitchen for our dinner at my in-laws a few miles away. All in all, it was the perfect stay and we will be back!

Our stay at Jam's place was fantastic. From the start, Jam was very responsive, addressing all my inquiries promptly and courteously. The house was immaculately clean, with every room spotless and well-maintained. This created a welcoming and fresh atmosphere throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped, the living area was cozy, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Kids loved the heated pool, spa and small waterfall. Overall, the host's responsiveness, the house's cleanliness, and the great amenities made for an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely book again!

We booked this gorgeous desert oasis to celebrate our daughter turning 16. We ranged in ages from 1 to 75 and I’m happy to report, everyone had such a fantastic family weekend getaway. We loved the phenomenal large open floor plan, the chefs kitchen was utilized for every meal and my wife kept saying what a joy it was to have so much space to prepare the meals. My brother was able to use the outdoor bbq. The house comes equipped with everything you would need to host a family gathering . So many thoughtful touches throughout the beautiful home from the high chair to the play pen our nephew used to the large supply of towels needed for the stay. Our host was exceptional at communicating and any need we had was quickly met with prompt attention. This is a gated community and we felt even more at ease knowing they take special attention to keep us all safe and to ensure everyone was well cared for. The outdoor space was just perfect for all ages. Although it was summer temps while we stayed, the inside always stayed at a very comfortable temperature given the large size of the house. Don’t hesitate, book this house because we cannot wait to return and create more amazing family memories here! Michael has set the bar so high, we were absolutely delighted with our entire weekend!

This property is well updated to a modern house of today with a lot of essentials very spacious Kid, friendly and just an awesome house. I will definitely recommend for a family to stay for a well pleasant stay and what made it easy was with great communication with the host thank you My family and I are definitely will be returning to this property.

Premier host! Michael made us feel welcomed and comfortable during our entire stay! Beautiful home in a private neighborhood with gorgeous pool and spa! Lots of nearby stores, food etc. Amazing kitchen well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms and baths. Everything was extremely clean and well cared for. Communication was excellent and check-in/out process was easy and efficient. Central air was the best in this July heat! Kids loved the fountains and lights while in the pool. Kids also enjoyed about 10 min walk from property to the lake with ducks watching sunset, playground and walk over the bridge. We definitely enjoyed everything about this home and is on our list for future stays! Thank you again Michael! :D
